3rd Person POV:

They were finally able to adopt the kids and after 6 months of consistent and intense homeschooling, they are all finally caught up to the levels they should be in for their appropriate grade levels. Today is the first day of school which means a lot of things. As everyone is in the SUV, the silence is so deafening. Yibo looks back via his rear view mirror and sees Sizhui taking deep breaths in an attempt to calm down. Ah Ning has a scowl as he stares out the window and Ah Yuan won't let go of Zhan's hand, he actually had to sit in the back and for once he's nervous too.

Yibo thinks of a song and turns it on on the radio "EOEO by Uniq". As he sings along to it, everyone begins to lighten up and they all join in on singing the song even though they barely know the words. The chorus is very catchy and easy to follow. Soon, there's laughter and Zhan's grateful gaze meets his warm one. The playlist continues as does the karaoke. The first one out is Ah Ning who's taking some Zuankhe courses to prepare for his bachelor's degree in Social Work with Archery.

Both Zhan and Yibo were taken aback by that one but they noted it so that they can build something for him in one of the rooms in the house since there are plentiful rooms. As he grabs his backpack and unbuckles, Zhan grabs a gentle yet firm hold of his arm which startles Ah Ning a little bit, "Oh, sorry, boo. I just wanted to tell you that you can call either of us at any time, and we will respond, okay? Let us know if you need anything at all! Don't hesitate... please." Ah Ning smiles warmly because he knows that his new mother is very protective of them.

"I will, mom, I love you," he says quickly as he rushes out and closes the door. He waves at the others and Yibo, but has left Zhan completely motionless and astounded.

"Did you all hear what he just said??" The other males nod as they watch Zhan with concern yet they're glad to hear such affectionate words from Ah Ning. He took the longest to do so. Zhan slowly moves back into his sitting position not sure how to process what just happened.

"Babe, are you gonna be okay?" Yibo asks softly compelling Zhan to nod absentmindedly. Yibo looks at the other two younger boys and smiles encouragingly to them. They reciprocate his smile which impels him to continue driving to Sizhui's Zhongzhuan school to begin the first year of his Pre-Pharmacy track. There was no way around that because there's a sequence of courses he needs to take and unfortunately they've set him back by a year, but he will be finishing at the same time as his peers who just started school because his program is only three years long. He also picked up piano playing from Yibo and so that served as a bonding thing for the two of them. He's more hesitant to leave the car. Yibo notices and unbuckles his seatbelt and steps out of the car closing his door behind him and walking around to Sizhui's door and opening it himself. "Come on, kid, I'll walk you in," Sizhui now looks up at him admiringly beaming as he gets unbuckled and heads out of the car. He turns back to say, "Bye mom, bye Ah Yuan!"

"Bye love!" Zhan responds with an overflowing heart before he returns his focus on Ah Yuan. Yibo has his arm protectively around Sizhui as he walks him into the administration office. The personnel who were there stand quickly and approach them respectfully because... it's freaking Wang Yibo... multibillionaire!! Casually in their school...

"Good morning, I'm dropping off my son for his first day. He's supposed to be with Mr. Zhu, right?" He double checks with Sizhui who nods with a soft smile in response before turning back to the person.

"Ah, yes. I can lead him there, my name is Mrs. Lin. It's a pleasure to meet you both," she bows respectfully and both males follow suit.

Before she can whisk him away from Yibo, he says, "Wait!" He pulls Sizhui in for a hug before pulling away softly and placing his forehead against his, "You call either of us any time, okay?"
