Dedicated to Paul Atreides~
A/N: your a Freman in this one and this is off the end of part 1
Enjoy~

You and your fellow Freman had led Paul and his mom to your seitch and village. Mutters of "Lisan ai giab" followed by gazes at Paul, you noticed this and knew of the rumors about him. You knew your ways, he had passed the test, he had been accepted as had his mom. You were put in charge of them.

Paul looked to you as you two walked "Y/N, I would be honored if you showed me your ways, the desert ways" he said. He wanted to learn. He knew he had to in order to continue forward on his path. Whatever it may be exactly.

You nodded "I will show you our ways, but first matter will be you and your mother rest, it'll be too hot soon for much training. Even with still suits. You aren't as acclimated to the harsh environment yet" you spoke. Your blue within blue eyes looking at him. You had the eyes of Spice exposure, most Freman did.

As you arrived you guided Paul and his mother to where they'd be staying. A room in a sietch that was well designed, two beds and other accommodations. Obviously the sietch had water reserves that they kept water in that had been recycled. Your people were very sparing of water and usage of it. It was scarce after all.

You went to your room across the way and studied your notes "if he is the Kwaitsah Haderach..." you mumbled. You knew that term as well as others. You knew your people had waited for this person for years and if it was Paul. Your people were saved basically.

A knock sounded at your door, "come in" you beckoned and Paul came in. Your senses were sharp enough you knew it was him. You could tell if if was friend or foe, although it was hard for foe to get into the sietches, but not impossible. The Harkonnen had managed to in their former reign. "Paul" you greeted.

He nodded "hello Y/N, I wanted to thank you for all the help you've given my mother and I, your people are all we have now..." his whole house had been wiped out, he knew his mom still was heartbroken as was he. This wasn't easy.

You nodded "I'm deeply sorry for the attack on your home, listen to me, you must rise as Lisan ai giab, take your place and we can together eliminate the threats to various planets along with our own" you said.

He nodded "but if I'm to do so I must train so I don't let anyone down" he said. You knew he was serious.

So the next few months go by, you trained him in the ways of the desert, from riding huge sandworms, to being able to listen to the sand and environment around you two. Arrakis spoke to its natives, if they listened closely.

You had been growing affections for him. You hadn't ever really felt that way towards someone but he had found a way into your heart. You doubted he felt the same but you had hope he did.

Paul meanwhile had affections for you too actually, he found you to be brave, kind, smart, loyal, and strong. Everything he'd need in his partner, his duchess, his queen. He didn't know if you'd accept him, so he started to court you at first.

You met him in his room, where he gently cup your cheek with one hand, other hand on your waist, he gently pushed you against the wall and kissed you briefly. You blushed as your heart fluttered, kissing him back, arms around his waist.

"I-i uh, i love you" Paul rambled and looked at you. What he said was true. He did. He looked at you softly, his eyes blue within blue now from spending so long with your people.

You blushed softly and smiled "i love you too" she said. You two shared another kiss, and in due time he'd marry you, and you two would have two beautiful kids, a son and a daughter. You remained loyal by Paul's side always, your two kids when of age learned the desert ways as well. The road ahead would be crazy, but together you'd get through.
