Foxes can be seen with babies following them. Or they can just be seen without any babies or they can just have one or more in a group sometimes it's just one Fox. If you want them to have a baby, just feed two foxes and they will mate until a baby appears. And right after the baby is born the parents cannot eat but after a while they can eat.
