Sidharth got ready in his full black Armani suit. He looked like a Greek God, insanely handsome. He readied Aarav. Aarav wore a mini 3 piece suit almost matching his dad. He was enthusiastic, afterall he was going to have what he wanted. Sidharth handed him a box and both of them made their way to the party.

The party was on full swing. Everybody was congratulating Rohan and jiya was clinging to his arm all the time.

Shehnaaz reached the party just in time. She was absolutely slaying in her maroon knee length dress. Her long manes cascading down her shoulders and her fringes covering her forhead.

"Dr. Shehnaaz, I didn't expect her to be here." One of her colleague said gasping.

"I didn't even see, that shehnaaz is in such a good shape." One the male member said.

"Shehnaaz, you are here. You look beautiful today." The head of psychological dept. said.

"You look beautiful Sana. This dress looks good on you." Meera, her best friend in hospital said. She handed shehnaaz a glass of wine. Both of them lost in their talks.

"You are so careless." Jiya said to shehnaaz making her way towards her.

"You didn't remove the tag. Is it rare for you to buy such an expensive dress that you can't bear to remove the tag." Jiya said with wicked smile. "It's okk I'll remove for you." She pulled the tag from shehnaaz dress and smirked.

"Throw it for me. I know you like garbage recycling. Don't you?" Shehnaaz replied sarcastically.

"Dr. Shehnaaz is really high- profile and afraid that others won't know about her." Anjali, Jiya friend said venomsly.

"What do you mean?" Jiya frowned.

"Don't you know? The whole hospital knows about her relationship with Mr. Shukla. She often seen with him in the hospital." Anjali expalin.

The host called Rohan in the stage to give vote of thanks.

"Ladies and gentlemen, thanks you for coming to the evening banquet for the new building completion. Thank you for your support during my work. Let's hope for the Lifeline hospital to more and more successful."

"Cheers." Rohan completed his speec.

Just in time sidharth reached in the party holding Aarav's hand. Sidharth's eyes settled on shehnaaz. For a second he forgot to breath. She was looking breathtaking.

"Mr. Shukla thank you so much for coming." The director said to sidharth snapping him out of his thoughts. He shaked his hand with him and nodded.

Jiya noticed sidharth and took the Mike from Rohan. "Talking about Dr. Rohan we have to thank one person. That's.......Dr shehnaaz, my alumnae." Shehnaaz frowned at her statement but kept quite.

"Someone might asked why I said that. Because if my alumna didn't cut off the past bravely there might no be sweet headlines about my alumna and Mr. Shukla." Rohan tried to stop her but she shrugged. Shehnaaz looked at sidharth who was calm. "So without her Dr. Rohan can't be here today. She continued.

"Mr. Shukla still claims that he is single. But love is brave. We should bless this bravery. Mr. Shukla what do you think?"

"Are they in relationship?"

"She is not worthy enough?"

"She looks beautiful but too scheming." Shehnaaz could hear the comments about her.

"Mr. Shukla will deny the relationship with you. You will lose your face." Jiya thought smirking at shehnaaz. She came forward and shoved the Mike in shehnaaz's hand. Sidharth snatched the mike from her and walk to the stage holding shehnaaz's hand.

"It seems people are very much interested in our story. I would like to take this opportunity today to clarify that those are rumors. I don't want to be shehnaaz's boyfriend now." Shehnaaz remained calm despite the pinch in her heart. Jiya smiled widely.

"I just hope Dr. Shehnaaz not to refuse my proposal anymore." Audible gasps could be heard in the hall. Shehnaaz looked at sidharth astonished raising her eyebrow at him. Aarav stood there looking happiest in the world. Sidharth pulled out a ring box from his pockets and winked at shehnaaz. He pulled a beautiful diamond studded ring and slipped it in her finger. He pulled her keeping its hand on small back and pressed his lips to her.
