As I sat down in my chair to start yet another day of boring class, there was a knock on the door.
Mr. Kirk left his chair at his desk to go see who disturbed his lesson.
"Who do think it is?" questioned Jacob leaning back in his chair to talk to me.
"I have no idea dude, but who ever it is, Kirk isn't going to like who answers the door." I reply, watching Mr. Kirk open the door.
"Can I help you? he asked facing towards the door.
"He's going to blow!" Jacob laughs.
"I'll see first thing tomorrow when class starts. Thank you for letting me know." and then Mr. Kirk closes the door and walks back to the front of the room.
"Who was it?" Lily asked, speaking out of turn.
"You'll find out tomorrow." is Mr.Kirks reply.
The rest of the class period went by extremely slow. Every time I looked at the clock it seemed like only a minute has gone by. I really wanted to know why Mr. Kirk didn't explode and who the person he was talking to. I couldn't hear what they were saying but it almost sounded like a girls voice.
"Class dismissed." Mr. Kirk spoke looking at the clock on the wall. "Have a good night."
"Dude, you do think that was?" Jacob asked as he filled out of the classroom. "He didn't get upset, he didn't even raise his voice."
"Are you guys going back to your apartments? Or heading to another class?" Lily asked.
"I don't have anymore classes so I'm heading back home." I tell her.
"Same here." Jacob replied.
"I still have two more classes before I can leave campus." Lily complained. "Well I have to go, but see you soon!"
"I can't believe I'm related to that." Jacob stats. "She's nothing like me!"
"I think you have a lot in common." I tell him. "After all she is your twin sister."
"Shut up."
I let out a laugh
