As we stroll along in Alexandria Rick tried to talk to Daryl but Negan wouldn't let him "No, you can only talk to my men and Gia and me of course, got that Rick??" He looked into Ricks eyes not breaking contact until Rick agreed and he did I see Negan approach Rosita and I see her get even more tense as her breathing gets faster I look in fear hoping Negan doesn't pull a stunt Rosita eventually looks at him angrily and walks away "Woah..a lot of suspense there" Negan said walking right next to Rick "Just as feisty as you" Negan said pointing at me "Gia.." He said as he looked me right in the eyes and kept walking
We walked along Alexandria until one of Negans men said they found a camera A camera?? "Crossing my fingers for a little freaky deaky" Negan said teasingly The camera held footage of Rick when we first entered Alexandria Our interviews we had with Deanne "Whatever happened to that sick girl?" Negan asked Maggie..where's maggie?? I thought to myself as I looked around "It looked like a hella of a stressful night for her, she was married to number two right?" Negan asked Rick looked at him angrily "Careful at how you're looking at me Rick.." Rick just looked away "Widows especially ones that look like that, they are special..I love em, right after their husbands go they're just..empty inside but usually not for long" Negan said in a happy tone What the fuck..? He's gotta be joking I rolled my eyes in disgust "Ahh..where is she? I would love to see her" and all of a sudden I see Gabe pop up from behind scaring Negan "Do you care to pay your respects?" Pay your respects..?? What??? No this has to be dream Maggie cannot be dead.. I thought to myself almost tearing up I couldn't even care for what Negan was saying My thoughts just flooded with the thought of Maggie being dead "She didn't make it?" Negan questioned as he talked to Rick I walk up to Gabe with tears in my eyes "Tell me she's alive Gabe..please?" I say with my voice shaken up "I-Im sorry Gia" Gabe said with soft eyes I felt a hand on my shoulder and I immediately knew it was Negan so I pushed him away "Don't you fucking touch me Negan!" I scream looking at him with a river under my eyes All of his men pointed their guns at me and I didn't care "Shoot me! I-I don't care! God Negan is that the only way to fucking solve your goddamn problems?!" I laugh "Shoot..me" I say staring deep into Negan He looked at me with a serious face "Feisty aren't you..?" He said walking up to me I pushed him away "I said get the fuck away from me" I said as I grit my teeth "Put your guns down" Negan said to his men but never broke eye contact with me
I headed to the truck with Arat by my side and we waited until Negan was done with his bullshit "God girl you need to learn how to shut the fuck up" Arat said to me "Im surprised you're even here, I would've thought of you already being one of Negans whores" She said laughing as she eyed me down I stayed quiet to not entertain Arat
"Thank you Arat" Negan said as he got up onto the truck I looked out the window and just see Rick as we leave We didn't say a single word to each other on our way back to The Sanctuary I could just tell he was pissed
I arrived to my room and just plop myself onto my bed Maggie is dead..this can't be happening I say with tears flowing out I heard a knock on the door and I immediately wiped my tears away I got up and it was Simon Im pretty sure he hates me..hmm i don't care "Negan wants you" he said in a serious tone I rolled my eyes "God what now.??" I said walking out the room with Simon
We got to the front of his room and all I saw was the angry man in front of me "Come in" Negan said in a serious tone I went in and Simon left I walked in awkwardly not knowing what to do Negan closed the door and just walked near his couch "What the hell is wrong with you Gia?!" He said in a very angry tone just looking at me I stood there knowing exactly what he's talking about but I didn't know what to say
"What the hell is wrong with me? what the hell is wrong with you??" I said raising my voice back at him "What the hell was that stunt you fucking pulled in Alexandria? Not needed!" He got closer "Not needed??! Oh my god? All of the shit you do is not fucking needed Negan!" I said not being able to hold back my anger "Rules are rules.." He said grinning a bit "If rules are rules then why didn't you shoot me when you had the chance??" I said to Negan He looked taken back "You had the chance to kill me Negan and you didn't?! Why's that?" I said looking at the defeated man
Quiet.. We just looked at each other
"You couldn't bring yourself to kill me right?" I said leaning closer to Negan "I know you better than you know yourself Negan, somewhere in that dark heart of yours is still the old Negan, the Negan that I still love" I said looking at him softly almost breaking down He just looked at me as his anger faded away "You still love me Gia..?" He said now sitting on the edge of his bed "The old you" I turn to look at him "I don't love who you are right now I love who you used to be" I say with a tear rolling down my eyes He wiped my tear God I missed this, I missed him I sat next to him and we just stood in silence for minutes
I got up heading to the door "What happened to your husband?" Negan said with my back turned to him I was taken back by the words that just came out of his mouth I turn to face him "He's dead..I killed him" I looked at him with no remorse "and your daughter, Gia?" He said with sadness in his eyes I looked down with tears in my eyes "You don't have to answer me Gia" He got up and came closer to me He hugged me and I hugged him back His hug feels amazing god.. All of my memories with Negan flooded back I could never get over him and I never will
