world lore: this universe is a basic union (DXD, RWBY, MHA + something) universe (because i think have a good grip on this type of universe hopefully) the world will basically just be earth but with Remnant being a "country" to the left of south Africa and union a man made island is in the north east section between japan & Australia. powers will be a worldwide thing but will originate from an area and bloodline if its a Semblance Remnant, if your a supernatural entity or its a sacred gear Europe, if a quirk Japan (but while not originating their magic will have a very strong hold in Australia) . humans will never be able to have a semblance & quirk etc. if you have one you wont get the other 2, as for magic that is for everyone and can be used by everyone even a "weak & powerless" human can learn it but 98% of said humans don't know this (for every 15 people 1 will know magic for Australia alone that's 1,715,950 people if my math is correct) and the union headmasters as well as a lot of the supernatural want to keep it that way, last thing the power ratio is Powers 60>40 "None".
