John forced John 2 to check in on the meat. He handed him a Barbecue fork and took his shirt and shorts off and jumped to the pool.

"Let me go and grab a cooler box in the house, you guys hit the pool," Rob said as he stood up.

"Hey," Rob greeted Yolanda as he passed her.

"Hey," she said softly.

"Wow," he sighed under his breath as he continued walking.

"Nah, he isn't cute," Yolanda said. "Yolanda! You really don't want to swim?!" Bella asked.
"Nah. I'm cool," she nodded.

"I need some air. No guy is hot here," Yolanda said as she walked to the backyard.
She saw an immaculate blue bench like it had just been painted. She stepped forward to it and complimented it with her eyes as she slowly sat on it.

"This is beautiful, for a bench it feels comfortable," she said.

Meanwhile, Phil was in the kitchen-- pouring Vodka on a glass and dashing it with a Appetizer and ice. He took a few sips and walked toward the kitchen door that led to the backyard, which technically is a backdoor, but whatever.

He stepped toward the door as he turned back and walked out of the kitchen. He then paused. "Nah, there's a lot of noise now, they're playing music. Let me go and sit alone in my favourite place and drink."

He opened the fridge and took a bottle of beer and walked outside through the backdoor. He turned left and saw someone sitting on his bench. He gave out a glare for a bit until he realised that it was someone that he didn't recognize.

He paused and took quick sips of his alcohol and sighed. Unfortunately, it kind of created a sound and Yolanda heard it. She slowly turned her head and got stunned by who she was looking at. Phil made eye contact with her and they both didn't move as if their hearts had stopped.

Phil walked closer to her without breaking any eye contact until Yolanda got interrupted by a fly. She stood up as Phil was standing slightly beside her. "I'm--I'm feeling you," Phil fumbled.

"What?"

"My name, my name is Phil."

"Oh, ha-ha, I see what you did there," she laughed softly.

There were a lot of things going on in Phil's mind. First, was the identity of that girl, second, was whether the girl was an angel that decided to land on his backyard for him... like, there were a lot of things. Etcetera, etcetera.

Well, Yolanda finally saw the type of boy that she was hoping to meet all day long, among other things that I won't mention.

"I won't tell you my name--"

"What?"

"In fact, I've even forgotten yours."

"Come here, let's sit down."

"Okay. Take this beer."

"Aw, thanks."

They both sat on the bench and awkwardly settled. Phil knew that he was alreading catching feelings, but he was afraid of getting heartbroken again.

Yolanda also knew that she was catching feelings, but she didn't want to show it because she only wanted something casual with a guy.

"Let me open that for you," Phil said as Yolanda handed him her beer and he opened it for her using his teeth.

"You must be shark man," she teased. "You're exaggerating," Phil chuckled.

"Here."

"Thanks. So this bench gets washed everyday or what?"

"Yeah. It's mine."

"Yours?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Okay. Are you gay or something? I mean, it's blue."

"No," Phil chuckled uncomfortably as Yolanda laughed.

"You should have seen your face," she laughed. "No, you should have seen yours. It's so beautiful when and how you laugh."

There came a quiet moment that lasted for only three seconds. "Let's do something," she said. "First, please go and grab me a drink."

"Okay, I'll be right back," Phil said as he stood up and went in the house. A few minutes later, Phil came out with two glasses of Vodka and handed one to Yolanda.

"Okay. Let's have fun today. We just knew each other, right?"

"Technically, you just knew me."

"Okay. We just met, right?"

"Yeah."

"Let's have so much fun that since we'll never see each other again."

"Uhm, yeah. Cool."

"Awesome," Yolanda got excited. "Now, let's drink."

"Know what? Go and take the whole bottle."

"Let's go together, it'll be fun. You want fun, right?"
Yolanda looked at Phil with an unsure smile on her pretty face. "Okay. Let's go."

Phil stood up first and reached out his hand to Yolanda like a gentleman and helped her up. As they were holding hands, Phil took a grasp of Yolanda's hand and ran into the house as he pulled her forcing her to run, too. They laughed together and panted when they were in.

"What, are you panting?"

"Yeah."

"You are a guy, you ran only for like 2 seconds and you're already tired. Oh, God you're really gay."

"Come on now, I'm straight. For real."

"Okay, kiss me."

"I won't do that."

"I knew it."

Yolanda laughed and teased Phil who laughed back. "I left the bottle here in the kitchen," Phil said.

"Know what?"

"What?"

"Let's sneak to the living room. Maybe it's there."

"Okay you lead."

"No, this is your home. You lead."

They were whispering to each other as if they were running away from someone and didn't want to be heard by anyone. I swear the alcohol was kicking in.

Phil started-- he led the way. He sneaked his way as Yolanda followed his lead. A male voice echoed around the house somewhere and Phil quickly leaned on the wall, Yolanda did a sneaky run back to the kitchen.

"That sounded like John," Phil whispered as he let out a sigh of relief.
Yolanda peeked her head out and Phil laughed under his breath and called her with a direction of his hand.
