One week had passed by and Taeyong would either be closed in his room, helping the others around the house or he would be with Johnny.

As strange as it might sound, he and Johnny were really close after his panic attack.
For once he felt wanted. For once he could feel something like happiness.
For once he thought everything could be perfect.

He Johnny had deep conversations almost every night, after he came back from work, either in one of his business or... from the streets, as Taeyong preferred to say.

They would sit on the swing on the backyard and share stories and thoughts.
He never expected to get to know so many things about Johnny. He was a kind person, he seemed scary, but in reality it was all just a facade. Of course, while at work he wasn't like that but back home he was all soft and cuddly.

They even went for a picnic, of course in the yard as it was more like a park and of course, Taeyong couldn't go outside because of his missing posts being everywhere. They had cuddled too some times while watching the stars.

It was around midnight when Taeyong felt Johnny's head fall on his shoulder.

He figured he had fallen asleep and that was the perfect timing for him to open up, about everything.

And Taeyong finally spoke up and told him about everything.
He told him about his father.
He told him about the unending beatings.
He told him about the blood, the bruises, the wounds.
He told him about his sister... about his mum, about himself...his darkest secret, being touched in places and ways he shouldn't have been by unknown men his father had the need to gain money from or he had promised them his body as a deal.
He told him about how he was sure his sister was safe but in reality he was just a fool.
About the tears and the pain.
He told him everything except for the ways he chose to cope.
He didn't tell him about the starving his father was pushing him to.
Nor did he tell him about the way his father would make him puke because he didn't deserve the food he provided him.
He didn't tell him about the locked cupboards nor the pain he felt in his stomach when he hadn’t eaten for days.
About the maids crying beside the boy hoping to find anything for him to eat to ease the physical discomfort and pain.
He didn't tell him how in reality he enjoyed that as he believed it as a form of a punishment he deserved, nor about the cuts and scars on his body, induced all by himself.

But Johnny wasn't really sleeping and he heard.
He listened to the boy. He heard everything. He heard his cries and had the need to hug and protect him but if he did that Taeyong wouldn't say everything.

As Taeyong let out a soft I love you and tried to hold back his sobs Johnny's tears started to fall as well and with a quick movement he placed Taeyong on his lap.
They hugged each other as if it was the last time they would, and it could be, yet it was just the first. Johnny whispered apologizes between his sobs and Taeyong only kept crying more. Johnny wished to be able to hold him forever.

Johnny shared the two words he could never he would. An I love you escaped his wet lips by his and Taeyong's tears as they made their sweaters wet.

They just kept crying and hugged, a soft kiss full of emotions placed from Johnny to Taeyong's lips.

Was it love? It could be. Whatever it was... it was beautiful.

Taeyong wanted to apologize for everything.
But if he did he would seem suspicious and that was the last thing he wanted to.
So he devoured the happiness he could feel for now and kissed back.

Tomorrow would be another day and he would want to regret not taking the chance to hug and touch the lips of the one he loved.

Tomorrow everything could change.
