"Heachan!"

"Renjun! I told you not to call me like that! I hate-"

"Okay, okay I won't. Hear me out. I just saw Taeyong and Johnny hugging-"

"Good for them Renjun, good for them!"

"Are you on your period or what?"

"You're really carving for your death today."

"Anyway, I saw them hugging and then Taeyong whispered I'm sorry."

"What? Why?"

"That's what I don't understand!"

"Okay, okay... I'll keep an eye on him."

Donghyuck, closed the TV and went to his room...
Taeyong. For Donghyuck this guy was weird. Yes, he was genuine and nice and sweet, he would put himself in trouble to protect someone even if it meant for him to die. What really tricked Hyuck though was the way he smiled and always was happy.

Someone who staged their own kidnapping was always smiling and laughing even with jokes that was a sin to even call them jokes!

And if Donghyuck wasn't just like Taeyong he would never be able to understand. But he knew. He knew everything.

"Hey Tae!"

"Oh! Hello Donghyuck! How are you? Do you need anything? Should I-"

"No, I don't want food nor a favor. I was wondering if you'd like to go for a walk."

"Yes, I would really like that!"

"So... you are Mark's so called boyfriend!"

"If you can call us that anymore... no we didn't break up but he's never spending time with me anymore."

"I'll make sure to scold him for that!"

"No need to Tae... whatever happens, happens for a reason. I heard you slept with Johnny, is it true?"

"Um- y-yeah... I mean-"

"Look, whatever i don't care about your love life and your bulshit. There's only one thing I care about and that's you not hurting Johnny. You are a trouble maker, I get it you needed to live your little adventure-"

"It wasn't an adventure-"

"and you needed attention-"

"No-"

"-but like... you put all of us in danger! If Johnny gets hurt, consider yourself dead."

"I don't want him to get hurt too! I know what I did was dumb, I can see it now but I didn't have any other choice. I had to find-"

"... a way to escape. Okay okay. Escape what?! What i wished to have all of my life?"

"You would have never wished to be like me."

"Oh yeah sure! As of you didn't have money, fame, love, a family, people's respect, people to take care of you. I grew up on the streets and if it wasn't for Johnny I would be dead."

"And what makes you think we are different?"

"Oh come on now! Stop victimizing yourself. You are just being dramatic, whatever you supposedly went through was mild, you just created a fuss out of nothing. There are people out there who have it worse. You should just man up and get over it, and just so you know... that caring side that you constantly show off, I don't buy it."

"Donghyuck, the only thing you're doing right now is judging me when you clearly know nothing about me."

"And the only thing you're doing is putting us all in danger and being dramatic. You're really something else. Man up Taeyong! Take the responsibility of your doings and face the consequences, as I've said, people have it way worse than you, a rich bratty boy who got mad for not being pampered enough and had the need to suddenly rebel."

Donghyuck ended his speech with a light poke on Taeyong's shoulder soon disappearing into the house leaving Taeyong behind.

Being a person with a confidence level bellow zero he could only rotten in that same position Donghyuck watered him with poison while he was doubting himself.

Maybe, it was all in his imagination after all.
All the horrid things that happened in his life could be a part of his dramatic self's imagination. After all Donghyuck was right people had it worse than him, he should face the consequences like a man.

Neglecting his own problems wasn't a solution, yet there he was planning on facing the so called consequences of his wrong doing, which was to runaway... runaway to save himself....
Runaway...
A habit he seemed to really get fond of.
The only thing he was ever good at.
Running away from everything... maybe even from the world.
