Beep beep beep beep! An alarm clock chirped.

"Five more minutes." Someone chimed. Oh, by the way, this is Pen, the hero of our new story. The alarm clock continued, beep beep beep beep beep beep beep beep!

"I said... FIVE MORE MINUTES!!!!" He threw a pillow at the alarm clock and slumped out of bed, grabbing his blue baseball hat. "I hope breakfast is good..." He walked over to the table where he saw his older sister and younger brother.

"You're finally up, dingus. I made eggs and bacon, no arguments." His older sister, Pencil, scowled.

"Pencil, I'm allergic to eggs!" His younger brother, Marker, whined.

"Shut up, Marker." Pencil glared.

"Guys, stop fighting! Marker, you can eat around the eggs," Pen shouted, and turned to Pencil with a mean glare. "And Pencil, quit being such a jerkwad." Pen sighed. Could his life be any more stressful?

"Anyways, Pen. How's everything? We haven't heard from you for 72 hours, and you live with us. Were you pulling another two-nighter?" Pencil tapped the table.

"Oh, I'm fine! Ever since I've been with Eraser, life has been better! He's so cool..." Pen rambled on and on about his life until the clock rang.

"Uh, guys, isn't that your cue to go?" Marker asked.

"Yup! Those reports aren't writing themselves! Love you guys, bye!" Pen ran out of the door holding a bag. He ran and hit a giant wall. The force was enough to knock him out.
