(Connie's POV)
I open my eyes after taking a nap to see me and Steven's new baby girl in my arms. I look down at her smiling as she coo's sweetly. "She is beautiful Connie." Steven says looking at her. "Yes she is." I replied as she opens her beautiful e/c eye's for the first time. People start to come in "so what are you going to name her?" Amethyst asks as Pearl nudges her. I chuckle "it's ok we where thinking. Y/n m/n universe" I reply looking at Amethest then y/n. "That is a beautiful name you two." Pearl says as everyone agrees. Then I notice something glowing under her f/c onesie. I unbutton her onesie and see she has a rose quartz on her belly button. I gasp as Steven looks at y/n. "She has a rose quartz gem." Steven gasps "h-how!?" Pearl asks kinda yelling. "I don't know but we can help her control her powers. If we do it together." I say smiling at the small child as she coo's. A few hours go by as the gems take turns holding the baby and giving gifts. Even ruby and sapphire unfuse to hold her. As everyone leaves except me, Steven, and y/n as Steven holds y/n rocking from the rocking chair and we sing together to y/n to sleep:

"y/n me and your Mom will protect you and love you and show you how to protect yourself and other's, we love you y/n we always will we will no matter what." Steven says as he puts her in her hospital crib and I drift off.....
