Again, I don't own these images, credit's to the owners. I just got them from Pinterest.

This was not just happening.

I turned to Steve who stood with fury, his eyes filled with anger as he looked at Jackson whom was wiping the small blood off the side of his mouth. The blow he received was hard and painful but it didn't seem like Steve even gave it his all in that.

"Oh my gosh, are you okay?" I turned towards Jackson, I was tempted to touch him, but I backed away the last second. Turning my attention towards Steve now, "why did you do that!?"

"Are you really asking me that? What kind of asshole feels no remorse for hurting a woman, nearly causing a serious brain injury or something worse", he said angrily. This was my first time seeing Steve angry, I thought he was angry the time he found his colleague in his home, he wasn't. This was anger. His jaw clenched harder with every second and his brown eyes turned darker than their normal color, almost pitch black, his face redened as his veins popped up from his forehead and neck. His hands were clenched into fists, shaking to at least punch someone or something.

I looked upstairs, noticing Mrs. McCall standing there with her walking stick, looking at the scene with no expression on her face. She didn't have any glasses on like she normally did, so I assumed that she couldn't see a thing, but she could hear.

"This has nothing to do with you, so step away", Jackson said dryly, turning his attention towards Steve now. Do something Ally, do something you idiot!

"That's the least thing I'm doing. And mind you, you could be taken to prison for what you did, and yet here you are, thinking you have everyone's life in your little hand".

"You have no idea", he retorted with a devilish smirk. This man, he had no fear at all, and the way he spoke in front of someone who worked for the FBI, so freely. The tension was in the atmosphere, and it was thick. Almost hard to breathe. These two were probably those two kids who fought over nothing and everything. Day and night. Fire and water. A match and gasoline. When they were put together, it was pure hatred and chaos. They barely knew a thing about each other, but they hated one another like it was something that had been there since their ancestors. Or like the human versions of Zeus and Hades.

In short, never put them together in a room, or anywhere.

"I think that's enough, let's go Steve", I whispered turning him around for us to turn around and upstairs, but not silent enough for Jackson to not hear.

"Pft, he punch's like my grandpa", Jackson murmured. What the hell was wrong with him!?

"Fuck this!" Steve shook my hand away from him before marching towards Jackson. You've got to be kidding me.

****************

"Are you happy now?"

"Slightly, at least he got something in return", Steve said wiping the blood of his nose as he drove to the elderly home, Mrs. McCall wanted to sit in the back, I accompanied Steve in the front.

"And you think it was worth it?" I gave a perplexed expression, he smiled slightly before adding, "I'd do it again if I have to".

"Don't worry sweety, Stee has always been like this, getting into fights at school, parks and even a wedding once", Mrs. McCall tisked at the end, using that nickname again, it was cute. Steve kept telling her to call him Steve because apparently it was embarrassing and a childish nickname.

I don't know how they'd have ended up if she wasn't there to stop the fight.

At this point, Jackson and Steve kept switching dominance, Jackson would get over him and strike as many blows as he could, Steve would do the same, even harder.
