~where am i?~

Boom, my eyes open faster then you could say "go".
Y/n: "ma'am- ma- ma'am?" I say seeing a female women with hospital gear on.

Nurse: "oh, oh! Hello.. goodmorning! How are you feeling right now?" She said as she turned on one of those eye flashlights.

Y/n: "yea- yeah good, where's colby?" I said not caring about anything she said and just worried about colby.

Nurse: "your boyfriend.. correct?" She asked stil with the flashlight in my eyes.

Y/n: "uh, yes- yes correct.. uhm there's another man named jo-" I said getting cut off by Joshua walking in.

Nurse: "hello sir, she's been waiting for you!" The nurse said obviously not knowing he put me in here.

Joshua: "oh she has?" He said with a disgusting smirk, god.. how dumb was my old teenage brain? Obviously pretty dumb considering he has so much control over me now.

Nurse: "are you okay ma'am?" She said noticing my fear.

Y/n: "ma- ma'am, this is Joshua.. he put me in here. He's abusive! I want colby, I WANT COLBY'" I said now crying.
The nurse pressed the red button she had somewhere.. security came in immediately grabbing Joshua. Everything was happening so fast, so unrealistically fast.

Nurse: "they will take care of him, are you okay? Who's colby?" She said now locking my hospital door.

I thought I was going crazy.. maybe there was never a colby? Maybe me and him never met? Maybe this was a coma? Was it all a dream?

Colby: "hello? Is y/n in there?" Colby said knocking.. I let out the biggest breath of relief.

Y/n: "that's him, let him in please." I said trying to hold in my cries.

Colby: "baby, oh my gosh. Are you okay?" colby said walking over to me as soon as he got in the room. He grabbed my hand and kissed my forehead.

Before I could say anything, everyone was walking in.. Sam, Kat, Jake, Tara, devyn, Corey, Elton.. even Aaron?! I was so overwhelmed but had to play it cool because I didn't want to make them feel bad. They were all asking if I was okay.. stuff like that.

Y/n: I'm okay, I feel good! Do I- do I look good?" I said, Kat starting handing me her phone with the camera app opened.. I looked completely normal.. a few scratches but other then that, I looked amazing for someone who most likely just got beat up.

Y/n: "...guys... he walked in. He's here" I said now with everyone quiet.

All of them but not in sync: "who??"

Colby: "I'll beat his ass baby, I will." Colby said whispering to me.. then I remembered, what happened to colby?

Y/n: "colby.. love.. what happened?"

Colby's flashback pov:

I hear the door barge open, I thought it was y/n because me and her were the only ones home.

Joshua: "hey man how's it goin?" Says the man with a bloody bat.

Colby: "who the fuck-" I didn't hesitate, I punched him as hard as I could. His body fell to the ground and that's when I saw her, y/n on the ground with blood slowly making a circle around her head.

I got angered and snatched the bat out of the man's hand, I began punching and punching him. He ran out alive.. surprisingly.

I ran to y/n after locking out doors, I grabbed her head and just whispered to her how much I loved her as I called  9-1-1.

9-1-1: "911, what's your emergency?"

Colby: "m- ma'am my- my wife just got hit in the head with a full metal bat-" I said shakily.

9-1-1: "o- okay sir I'm gonna need you to stay calm for me okay? Address ?"

I gave her my address.

9-1-1: "ambulance and police are on their way! Do you happen to know how this happened ?"

Colby: "there was a man who broke in, he had the bat and I think he had problems with us- maybe Just her though, I've never heard of him."
I said calling down a little.

An exact minute later, the ambulance came and the police we searching the house for anymore evidence.. they found no trace of him.

-Present time-
Y/n's POV:

Colby: "and now.. you're here." Colby said tearing up and gripping my hand.

Y/n: "colby look at me, it's not your fault. At all!
You can't blame yourself for nothing, when you did nothing wrong!" I said trying to comfort him.

Nurse: "I don't mean to intrude but sir, don't blame yourself because she's going to be alright! She just had a head injury.. in about 5 hours she will be free to go." The nurse said with a soothing voice.

Colby: "thank you ma'am, truly." Colby said looking up at her, I leaned in for a kiss.

Colby say there for 4 hours straight just holding my hand, rubbing my thighs, playing with my hair.. I'm truly so lucky.
