How'd it happen?

[Hi guys. I am back. I was bombarded with notifications I MEAN THERE WERE LITERALLY 97 NOTIFICATIONS. *sighs* Well anyways I made this chapter a bit longer than the ones I made lately I mean 2 weeks ago. Was it two weeks ago? Eh. I hope you guys enjoy. Ohh guys also "SOMEONE" told me that I should put more Syo and Midori moments even though I suck at it but I'll try. So do forgive me if it is bad.]

I was sitting on the cliff as tears fell from my eyes.

"Why did they not tell me?"

"Why did they leave me?"

"Why did they hide from me?"

"Why did they lie to me?"

I kept asking myself that. I didn't know what to do. I was lost in my thoughts that I didn't know someone was calling out to me.

"Midori?" I heard someone but I thought I was hearing voices.

"HEY" I heard the same voice but it was louder this time. I looked over my shoulders and saw.Syo standing there.

I quickly wiped my tears.

"Oh Syo what are you doing here?" I asked.

"I was just taking a walk" Syo said as he sat next to me.

"Why were you crying?" He then asked looking at the sky.

"Oh that... umm... no reason" I replied.

"Since when did you start crying for no reason?" Syo asked.

"Hey everyone cries so shush."

Syo chuckled but then became serious. "But seriously why were you crying?"

"Like I said no reason"

"Liiiiiiii~aaaaarrrrr"

"Just leave me alone will ya?"

"Ummmmm.... no"

"Why not?"

"Because you are my friend and I won't leave my friends alone especially if they are in trouble."

"That was soooo Cheesy"

"How is that cheesy?!"

"It just is!"

"Hey! I was just trying to help"

"But how does being cheesy help?"

"I don't know it just helps"

"But how?"

"Well I have seen it work in movies so I thought it might work in real life"

"The hell is wrong with you? You actually think things in the movies work in real life?"

"Of course not! I just wanted to try it"

We both laughed.

"Thank you" I said to him

"For what?" He asked

"For making me laugh"

Syo smiled at me and then looked at the sky.

"Umm I am hungry" Syo said

"I want ice cream" I said to him

"But-"

"ICE CREAM" I demanded.

"Okay okay" he gave up.

We both went to BR. And guess what we weren't wearing disguises again.

"Syo" I called out to him.

"Yes?"

"Why are you not in a disguise?" I asked him

"Oh that" Syo scratched the back of his head and laughed nervously "I forgot"

"You can't just forget to wear a disguise" I said.

"What about you?" Syo retorted.

"Well I have really good reason"

"And that is..."

"None of you business"

Syo pouted. "Let's go back"

"But I still have to go to the orphanage."

"Why?"

"Remember yesterday I was gone with Otoya"

"Oh yeah"

"He might be in a panic mode by now" I sighed.

"Well then let's go"

I nodded and both me and Syo went to the orphanage.

~major time skip~

"Midori!!" Otoya exclaimed as he saw me. "Where were you?" He asked.

"Oh I was just taking a stroll around the area" I lied.

"You got me worried I thought maybe you were kidnapped or something" Otoya said in relief.

"Sorry" I apologized even though I didn't mean it.

"Ah Syo you came too" Otoya then noticed Syo.

"Yeah I met her while I was walking around" Syo said.

"You were walking around without a disguise?" Otoya asked.

"Yeah not many people are up at this time so yeah" Syo said.

"Well we better get going now." Kei said as he came out.

"We have a lot of work to do tomorrow so better to start today." Rei said.

"Oh guys have something to tell you." I suddenly said without thinking.

"What is it?" Otoya asked.

"Well you see I met" I didn't want to continue but I want to tell them. After all we were good friends-no we were a family when we were little kids.
