After he got ready, Jimin glanced at himself in his tall mirror. He wore a new navy blue mailman uniform with a corporate logo and a blue cap that exposed his forehead. He found out he had been hired for the job after receiving an email (that took ages) informing him that he had (luckily) passed the job interview. He wondered how long he would stay employed-and whether he should start looking for a new career-if he couldn't even arrive at work on time.
Jimin checked the time only to find out there were only about eight minutes left before the start of his shift. He quickly ran out of his house without paying any attention to his surroundings (this was a bad habit, and he should start practising how to be more cautious and attentive.)
Jimin had no time to spare. He needed to hurry up. But before he could reach the door, a powerful thump and a full-throated agonising cry was heard, it didn't take an extended turn to his next gut-wrenching accident. What may be the cause of that? None other than hitting his left toe on the table's leg which was near the door exit. In a shocked state he stumbled down on his right knee, holding his foot that got its toe a sucker-punch from the leg of a table. He caressed his toe prancing to get ahold of the unbearable distress. Like that, another precious minute from his limited time went to waste. Poor boy.
