Nothing honestly hits better than going to the gym at 10 P.M.

I pull the door open of my regular gym and head in. There's only three people in sight.

I head over to the lined up treadmills. I place my water bottle on the floor beside me and step on the treadmill.

"Alright, let's do this." I breathe out motivated and start to run on the treadmill, after toggling with the settings.

After a few minutes I feel my lungs slightly burning and I'm panting softly, my lungs begging to let air in properly.

I hear the door open and quickly glance at it. Two guys enter and walk past me to the weights.

The one that catches my eye is the tall, dark haired boy.

He looks like a greek god... but German.

I'm basically drooling at this point, and because of simping over his beauty and not focusing, I lose control over my body.

My foot sweeps backwards and I stumble off the treadmill, falling on the floor.

I dust my knees off.

If someone saw this- I'm moving to freaking Canada.

I notice a hand reaching out to me. I look up and see the dark haired boy, giving me a toothy grin.

I notice how his hair is the perfect length and how I just want to run my hands through it. He has the perfect smile and the perfect body. The shirt he's wearing is hugging his muscles perfectly and emphasises how broad his chest is

"Are you ok?"

I curse at myself for not realizing he asked me something and I'm busy gawking at him, assuming he knows I think he's hot because he has an amused expression.

I take his hand and he helps me up.

"Yeah...Thank you."

"Of course. A little tip though, you're supposed to stay on the treadmill and run. Not stand still."

He smiles and chuckles, the curly haired boy next to him joining him.

I smile, slightly embarrassed.

"I'll try and remember that next time."

I sarcastically reply and give him a smile.

"Jacob."

He holds out his hand.

I place my hand in his.

"Y/n."

"Nice to meet you, Y/n."

I smile at how richly my name rolls off his tongue.

"You too."

I let my hand fall back to my side.

"Well, I guess I'll let you get back to running then. Remember to stay on it."

I smile and nod.

He smiles and then turns to walk away.

He's leaving! Do something!

"Wait uh, could you maybe show me how to...lift weights?" I shrug, wanting to face palm myself for asking that.

He smirks amused.

"Is this your way of asking me on a date?"

I smile and quickly glance at the curly haired boy who's smiling like a Cheshire cat beside him.

"That depends. Will you say yes?" I ask and pick up my bottle, not breaking eye contact.

We walk to the weights.

"Maybe." He smirks.

"Then I'm taking that as a yes." I look at the weights then back at him, "How romantic isn't this of me? A date in the gym...you learning me how to lift...weights."

He looks at the weights and then back at me, smiling.

"How about," He pauses and looks to the side thinking, "...I take you out for dinner?"

I smile sheepishly at him.

"Are you asking me on a date, Jacob?"

I study his face.

"That depends. Would you say yes?"

I pause and laugh.

"Maybe."
