Ethan a wild neko hugged his knees with soft quiet sobs as the rain pelted down into the dark alleyway he usually hid himself the night after his master abandoned him. The neko really didn't mind the cold nights, the rain at night as it pelted down on him violently, being homeless, or the constant harassment of creeps wanting to take him and treat him like a toy. Ethan felt the rain stop. He looked up seeing a rather tall muscular man with a soft smile holding a umbrella above him

"What are you doing out here in the rain you'll catch a cold like this. Why don't you go home?"
Ethan looked away feeling a pit in his stomach grow

"I-i don't have a home"
The guy frowned and offered his hand

"How about a warm dry place to stay tonight tomorrow we'll go find your owner"
Ethan looked away not trusting the man but took his hand anyways his coldness and hungry driving him. The guy smiled helping Ethan to his feet with a gentle smile

"Great then I'm Alex and you are?"
Alex looked at Ethan with interest and Ethan mumbled looking away
