everyone is talking over each other when you're all supposed to be discussing ideas.
"come on guys, these ideas need to be big so we can win!" lyle exclaims.
"if you actually listened to y/n you'd hear that she's got some crazy good ideas." he snaps as everyone talks over each other.
everyone turns towards you and stuart, you feel a blush creeping onto your cheeks.
"okay, y/n, let's hear them." lyle gives you an encouraging smile.
after the class you sidle up to stuart on the way to the cafeteria, "hey... thank you for what you did back there, no one ever listens to me because i'm too quiet."
stuart turns towards you, "they should because you're extremely smart... and beautiful." his lips turn up into a slight smile.
"thank you." you feel yourself blushing again.
"do you wanna maybe grab something to eat... together?" he asked, since you both usually ate alone.
"i'd like that." you reply, walking besides him — neha spots you and gives you a thumbs up since she knew of your crush on stuart since the start of the google internship.
