Victoria's P.O.V.

I wake up feeling groggy. The sunlight bathes me as I lay on my side. I don't want to deal with what happened yesterday. I shouldn't have kissed Harry. I close my eyes again, and try to sleep. I don't really remember much about last night. I look down at my clothes. I'm wearing the same outfit I wore yesterday. Even my heels are on my feet. Thoughts bite at my brain, giving me a headache. I have no hope of going back to sleep. I rub my tired eyes and force myself out of bed. I walk over to the only bathroom, in my small apartment. I take off my dirty clothes and throw them into the pile of clothes that's building up near my sink. I live alone, so i can keep my apartment dirty. I'm an only child, and I have no idea where my parents are. I was put in a foster care system when I was five. After going from house to house for seven years, I got a job. I moved here to Holmes Chapel, Cheshire when I was fifteen, and I've been here ever since. I walk over to the shower and step in. I turn the knob as the first drop of water drips out of the silver shower nozzle. It lands on my back and runs down to my leg. The fresh, warm water collides into my skin, releasing tension. I close my eyes, as the hot steam envelopes my body. I shampoo my hair and clean myself. I wash away the suds. The water sends them in little streams down to my feet. After I'm fully clean, I reach my hand out of the shower curtains to grab a towel. I feel around until I find what I "think" is my fluffy towel. I pull it into the shower, to find out that it's my cat, buggy. "Agh," he scratches and claws at me. His nails dig into the side of my face. I pry him off of my face and fling him to the ground. He meows, then walk out the door. I grab my real towel and step out of the shower to dry myself. I slip on some skinny jeans, a nice top, and some boots. Once I'm done applying my makeup and fixing my hair, I prepare to go to school. I start to walk to Cheshire High school. When I'm halfway there, I realize that it's officially summer break.

"Now what do I do?" I ask myself.

"We could go out for ice cream," says a deep, husky voice.

I turn around. It's Harry. "Oh hey... Um Harry," I say gawkily. "I didn't expect to see you here."

"You either," He says happily. He gives me a hug. "So, was that a yes or a no to ice cream?"

"Um... Sure," I say back. We turn to walk to the ice cream shop. When we get there, I get a vanilla ice cream with rainbow sprinkles, and Harry gets plain chocolate. I sigh.

Harry notices, "What's wrong?"

"Harry," I say, "I don't think I'm ready for a new boyfriend..."

"What are you talking about," asks Harry.

"When I kissed you last night... I shouldn't have...I didn't mean to."

"Oh," Harry laughs, "I know."

"What?" I ask confused.

"Trust me, I know these things," he says confidently, "I know you were just upset because of Jason."

"Oh... Um...Okay," I say still confused, but relieved.

"You want to come over to my place?" He asks, "You can meet the rest of the boys."

"Sure," I say, "That would be great!" He looks at me. His eyes sparkle in the sun. I can't wait to meet the rest of one direction!
