I flutter my eyes open, only to realise it's still the middle of the night. Why did I just randomly wake up?

Furthermore, I didn't have any nightmares. Huh, maybe this motel has some magic shit?

Wait- why am I very close to Kylian? Like in very close proximity. As in his arm wrapped around my waist. Ew.

And how am I now on the right side of the bed? I was on the left before.

Am I high? I feel high. I should get high.

I look up at him. He looks very peaceful when he's sleeping. I could pour water on him like he did to me, absolute traitor.

His brows furrow. Well, he doesn't look very peaceful now.

Hopefully, he's dreaming about me pouring a bucket of water on him.

Reluctantly, I run my finger down the middle of his eyebrows, making the crease go away.

"Kylian," I whisper but he only tightens his grip around me. Ha, I knew this dipshit is in love with me. I hate him, though. Too bad, too sad.

"Fuck off," he mumbles. He's not talking to me, is he? Wait, is he having an argument with the demons in his nightmare or some shit?

"Kylian," I huff. Damn, are the demons really beating him in a fight?

Within a flash, he pins me onto the bed, breathing heavily. Woah there.

"Oh, it's you," he breathes out. "Dreaming bout me?" I smirk and he scoffs.

"You're not denying it, love." Ha, I just copied him. Love. It's annoying when he does it but it's me, so it's okay.

"Shitty fucking nightmares," he mumbles under his breath as he lays down beside me again.

Nightmares are annoying as hell, I agree with him. At least I didn't have one today. But he did. Okay, I may feel a little bad for him. Nightmares are horrible though, you can't blame me.

I glance at him and he just happens to look at me at the same time. "What?" he murmurs.

I could just shrug and go back to sleep... or I could take him to watch the stars because that's what helps me.

No. Hell no. He's annoying. And he pushed me into a pool. But just going back to sleep would be crucially awkward.

Without saying anything, I grab his hand and pull him off the bed. "What are you doing?" he laughs.
