| TWO AND A HALF YEARS LATER |

"Should I do it?" I ask him. He jumps up and down on his little feet. "Sì, papà, sì!" he giggles.

I lift the bowl of cold water and dump it all on Ivory before quickly picking him up and running onto the beach.

His giggles light a smile on my face and I soon start to laugh as well. But my smile quickly drops when I see Ivory running after us.

"It was him," I tell her. She crosses her arms and gives our lil baby boy a stern look. "No, mama, it was him!" he grumbles.

She puts out her arms and he jumps into them as she picks him up. How dare he? "My baby Rafael would never do that," she says, tickling him. Wow, what about me?

"You wanna go tickle papà?" she asks and he quickly starts nodding his head. Oh, no.
I turn and start sprinting but running in sand is quite hard.

She jumps on top of me and he doesn't waste any time jumping on top of the both of us.

I grab Rafael and start throwing him in the air as he giggles loudly. He loves when I do this.

Suddenly, my phone rings and I sigh, handing him over to Ivory. "Play time is over, Raf," I tell him and his smile drops. "But I'll get you ice cream later!" I add and it reappears.

I'll never let him down. Not like how Giovanni did to me. I'm going to be the best father ever and always be with him. Ivory makes it so easy, she's with be step by step and gosh am I happy that she's the mother of my kid.

I stand up, brushing the sand of my shorts. She gives me a sad look before I walk away. After we visited Turkey for the break I promised her, we fell in love with it and when she got pregnant we moved here so it would be easier to raise Rafael.

We bought a house right on the beach and it has become my favourite place ever. Running into the waves and swimming every day with my beautiful girl and baby boy is the best thing I could have ever dreamed of.

I'm still in charge of the mafia but when I'm here, Kylo helps out and turns out, he loves it. So it's a win-wins situation to me.

I walk back into the house, answering the call, "Ciao?" A voice I didn't expect to hear picks up, "Kylian, we need a favour."

It's Gabriel, our top weapons supplier. He supplies us with everything we need: ammunition, pistols, rifles, grenades, bombs, vests, quite literally everything and in top quality.
