Again

Changing Myself

This is another chapter for Lawrence's preparation to see Kyrinne again.

Third person POV

"Son, remember this. We will change your name into Ethan Leigh Demeterio. Is that really okay with you, Lawrence? You wanted to see Kyrinne right? Do it, for her sake. Change yourself first, especially your attitude. I hope someday, when the right time comes, you will never regret that."

The day started with Ethan eating his breakfast. He tried to leave his piano to learn the harp. He wanted to play with Kyrinne soon, so, he turned down his piano.

"I don't want to leave a mess behind. Thank you for supporting me, mom, dad. I promise you, if ever will I see my beloved sister again, I'll gonna be a good big brother to her!" he said while eating his breakfast. His parents smiled and nodded.

He rushed to school and he was on his 9th grade already. His friends waved at him and was shocked to see his new name on the student I. D.

"EH?! THEY DID ADOPTED YOU, BUT THEY ALSO CHANGED YOUR NAME?!"
They yelled.

"Hey! That's for me to finally get the chance to see her!!!" he yelled.

"You mean, Kyrinne? I wonder when it can be. Well, she said she'll transfer here as soon as possible, so don't worry, you will meet her!" Kerith reassured him.

Ethan was finally overjoyed, looking forward to their meeting. He then change his entire personality. The big brother of Kyrinne before that was rude became soft hearted. The way too depressed became eccentric but in a cheerful way. He wanted to see her again to heal her wounds as a result of his hatred on her before.

"I wanted to do this because I wanted to heal her wounds I made in the past. So allow me to heal those, okay?" he whispered while looking at the sky.

I don't want to leave a mess behind. That's my purpose of coming back to see you again. Will I reach you again? I hope I could. I hope I could reach you once again to heal your wounded heart. I caused you to be away from me, so I'm coming back to reconcile with you once again.

He played music the way he wanted to. Eating sweets and anything he would. Changing his name into Ethan and it also involved his personality.

"I just want her to see me as a new person. That I can have a second chance. To change my mistakes and reconcile with her. To say sorry to her and correct all my shortcomings."

And finally, the right time came.

Ethan stared at the girl who took a picture of him too many times. "How cute." he said to himself as he looked at the same girl. "Alcantara!!" as he heard the same name, he made up his mind.

"You still exist in spring, huh."

"Alcantara, right?"

"Hold on, you, what did you do to my friend's phone! You brat!!"

It took one look for him to realize, she's already here.

"Kyrinne... You're already back."
