In gotham city, in the park. People were having a nice time. Until zaps were heard and people started running and screaming. Blue mist flooded the park and beams came out from it as it turn people ice solid. More tried to run but got frozen. Then the beams hit a rock covering it in ice, underneath a family. Out walk Mr. Freeze.
Mr. Freeze: enjoying family time?
He fires his ice cannon freezing the family
Mr. Freeze: my family has other plans
Screams continues as he slide over the family. He charges his cannon till a birdarangs hits it knocking him off balance.
Mr. Freeze: Batman. I was wondering when..[turns around]
He saw no one but then hears a laughing. He looks above him as he sees the foe stomp on his dome helmet and jump off. It lands revealing the boy wonder Robin. He throws more birdarangs at the falling freeze cracking his helmet.
Mr. Freeze: oh, Boy wonder.[gets up] the bat sent you to drag me off to prison? Frankly, I'm underwhelmed.[readied cannon]
Robin: great but I'm kinda in a hurry here.
Mr. Freeze: kids... always in such a rush.
Robin: Not talking to you.
His eyes widen as he turns around an see Batman jumping in the air. Casting his bat silhouette over him as he punches Mr. Freeze through his dome. At the star city, the bridge( golden gate probably) icicle jr. jumps down an freezing the ground. He creates an ice shield sending cars flying. He laughs till multiple arrows hit the eyes. He sees this as on hit his ice shoulder spike. He looks seeing it's a explosive. It blows up as he stumbles back till the others blow up in his face. Out of the smoke he shakes it off seeing the culprits on top up the bridge. Green arrow and his sidekick Speedy. They pull back there arrows
Icicle Jr: finally! I was wondering what a guy had to do to get a little attention around here[forms giant ice arms].
Icicle jr. fires ice spikes at them. They start shooting arrows.
Speedy: Juniors doing this for attention? [fires explosion arrow destroying the ice]
The spikes reach them. They run off the bride and slide down the cords( I don't know what there called]
Speedy: I'm telling you now this little distraction better not interfere.
They dodge the ice spikes. Junior creates an ice sheild but more arrows destroy it. He fires ice spikes. speedy jumps over and fires another arrow( similar to boxing arrow) and hits him knocking him out. Speedy jumps down as green arrow laughs.
Green arrow: kid had a glass jaw
Speedy: [unamused] hilarious, can we go? Today is the day.
At the Pearl Harbor, in the middle of an ocean of a frozen naval ship. We see killer frost fighting against aquaman. She fires ice as aquaman dodge some but gets frozen. Then aqualad jumps over him and charges as aquaman frees himself.
Aquaman: don't tell me you're not excited.
Aqaulad: Right now, my king, I'm more focused on the matter at hand. [dodged a blast]
She continues firing. Aqaulad jumps over and his tattoos glow and his water-bearers morph into maces. He punched through her ice beams. And after land used his now frozen arms and weapons to uppercut frost, breaking the ice. She falls to the ground unconscious.
