They team is lock into chambers being guarded by the clone. But something something taking in there heads, yelling at to awaken. Then kid flash woke up. He finds the clone staring at them.
Kid flash: what? What-what do you want?
The clone states.
Kid flash: quit starring. You're creeping me out
The others wake up.
Robin: Uh, KF, how about we boy tick off the guy who can fry us with a look.
Omni: I don't think he can. He could've out burn my ice breath as Arcticguana
Aqualad: we only sought to help you
Kid Flash: Yeah. We free you and you turn on us. How's that for grat-
Aqualad: kid, please be quiet now. I believed our new friend was not in full control of his actions
As he says this Robin pulls out a pick.
Clone: wha-what if I... what if I wasn't?
Kid flash: he can talk
Clone:[annoyed] yes, he can.
Everyone looks at him.

Aqualad: the genomorphs taught you telepathically
Clone: they taught me much. I can read, write. I-I know the names of things.
Robin: but have you seen them?
Kid flash: have they ever actually let you see the sky? The sun?
Omni: no one should live like that, clone or not
Clone: images are implanted in my mind, but no. I have not seen them
Aqaulad: do you know what you are, who you are?
Clone: I am the superboy, a genomorph a clone made from the dna of the Superman created to replace him should he perish... to destroy should he turn from the light
This took them by surprise.
Aqualad: to be like Superman is a worthy aspiration. But like Superman you deserve a life of your own beyond that solar suit, beyond your pod, beyond Cadmus
Superboy: I live because of Cadmus! It is my home!
Robin: your home is a test tube
Omni: which they make you stay in
Robin: we can show you the sun.
Kid flash: pretty sure it's after midnight

Aqualad: we can show you, introduce you to Superman
Superboy eyes widen by this but then someone walks in.
???: no they can't
They see the doctors an Gaurdian.( the one talking is Desmond).
Desmond: they'll be otherwise occupied. Activating the cloning process.
Robin: pass. Batcave's crowded enough.
Omni: plus you would y do much of my clone. And I got armor.
Desmond: and get the weapon back in its pod!
