Pain, anger, despair, fear, sorrow, this is all that he feels withing his  barred prison. Pain from the many wounds inflicted upon him by his disgusting misshapen imprisoner's. anger at their blunt disregard for life as a whole. Despair from the impending feel of never escaping this seemingly unending hell. Fearful of what is to come ahead and sorrow for those he was forced to see tortured and murdered before his eyes unable to break from the crude iron shackles that held him fast to the cold bars of his cage. He cry's silently in his grief as a girl is flogged repeated Infront of him as he desperately struggles against the iron chains in a vain attempt to try and spare her from the cruelty until finally he Snaps with unhinged rage. " Stop you disgusting bastards! Why torcher a meer child? Are you so cowardly that you wouldn't even lay hand on me? Let me take everything you got if you believe in your own strength" The leaders laughter sent cold bouts of fear through the elf as the beast speaks to the other before the girl is forced back into her cage as it walks over to him a thick chain gripped in his hand raising the chain high he brings it down on the elf's back eliciting a shrill cry of pain with every blow as he grips his bind in an effort to remain standing. The beast leans in through the bars and whispers into the elves sensitive ear "tell me elf do you still wish to bear the pain of the humans? Do you think yourself strong enough? I want to break you down and take every last bit of faith you have in yourself and crush your beliefs until you submit to our cause."  The elf tightens his grip and forces himself to stand tall with his head held high as he glares put through the iron bars "I am Gellithein, second prince of Gondolin and Lord of the house of Barren Fire I will submit to no man or beast. Only Mandos himself shall see me submit when he comes to take me into his halls to where I shall face my judgement." An enraged snarl  falls from the foul beast mouth as he once again continues to bring down the chain upon him but even through his cries of anguish he refused to fall to his knees until the foul orc walks back to his camp haven given up for the night and as he faces the human prisoners he feels himself slipping into the blissful oblivion of consciousness he sends a silent prayer to the valor ' please set them free...' and with that his world turns dark .

Elrond was standing in front of his advisors speaking about the rise in ork attacks on the neighboring villages as they had already had nine attacks this month alone when his eyes became distant and tears began to fall as he gripped the table in a vice. Glorfindel stood and a  walked over to his lords side with his concern fully displayed on his face. When Lord Elrond finally returned from what he had been watching his legs gave out and he collapsed into g
Glorfindel's arms. "Lord Elrond?!" Elrond said nothing as he held onto the arm of his most trusted friend as tears of anguish fell from his eye as Glorfindel pulls closer. Seeing his lords distress he turns to the others and tells them to leave and give them some privacy. Once alone Glorfindel whispers words of comfort hopping to ease what ever was ailing his friend. After a while Elrond had calmed down enough to face his friend though his tears never ceased "my Lord Elrond, what did you see? For in all the years I have known you I have never seen you this distressed but only once..." Elrond take a slow shuddering breath before he looks down to his hands "I saw an elven man chained within a iron cage, screaming at his imprisoner's...I heard a child scream but I could not see it and then the lead orc was walking to him with a chain in hand"  Elrond breath hitched at remembering the cold gleam of rusted  metal in the light of a fire not to far off " the orc went behind the elf and struck him multiple times on his back tearing his clothes and skin with each strike he screams, oh his screams Glorfindel!" Elrond began to sob once more with despair as Glorfindel held him close once more trying his best to console his lord while holding in his anger for the fowl beast. With a weak voice Elrond continued on his heart wherry from his sorrow " after his screams I could finally hear what was going on as the orc began to speak to him, but sadly I could not understand the language it spoke....the elfs words where wherry but determined he said that he would not give in and that only to Mandos will he submit to when he comes for him... Glorfindel we must find them, if we don't find them soon I'm afraid they will eventually kill him and whoever else they have..." Elrond closed his eyes as silent mournful tears continued to fall until he eventually cried himself to sleep. Realizing that his lord had fallen into sleep he carefully lifted him into his arms and carried him to his bedchamber and laidp him within the covers of his bed before leaving to seek his husband Erestor for wisdom and comfort.
