Seungmin's POV - 3:00 PM

Lost on what was happening and what he might've caused, Seungmin packed himself up and headed back toward the dorms.

Why did Han get so mad at me?

He held that thought until he made it home, throwing himself onto his dorm bed, trying to relax his nerves. What had he done? Did he just ruin his best friend's relationship that had just started? He couldn't believe himself.

...

Hearing a knock on his door, Seungmin was taken out of his deep sleep. Fluttering his eyes open, he yelled a shy "come in" to whoever was at his door at 3 in the afternoon.

"Weren't you supposed to be out with Y/n?" The voice spoke, words creeping back slowly around Seungmin's neck. Choking him, as he turned his head to find Jeongin standing quietly in the doorway.

"Well, yeah. But Han cancelled the plans himself." Seungmin chuckled, trying to find some sort of amusement in the situation at hand.

Jeongin eyed him, confused what he meant, "He cancelled them? Doesn't that mean you met him there."

Seungmin continued to eye the curious IN as he stared at the floor, trying to figured out the situation.

"Jisung caught me with Y/n. I guess he thought she was cheating on him when she just wanted to go shopping but didn't want to go alone." He paused, "I'm annoyed with myself because I knew this would happen in the first place but still chose to take her because I wanted to be nice and fun and wanted to hangout with her more. It's so stupid." Seungmin finished off, flipping from his back to his stomach, burying his face in the single pillow infront of him.

Still extremely lost, Jeongin decided to sit down beside him and try to drift his mind. "How's school going anyway ..?"

"Terrible." a blunt response exited from the pillow, "I'm failing my literature class and ace-ing my photography class."

"At least you're doing well in something you enjoy, right?" Jeongin replied enthusiastically, shaking Seungmin, trying to get a better mood out of his droopy body.

"I guess so," Min shrugged as he sat up and moved toward the door to the hallway, "I'm going to get something to eat. You can hangout in here, I don't mind, just - don't get nosy, okay?" Putting the rest of his anger out, Seungmin slammed the door. Leaving IN in the dark, sighing to himself and rubbing his eyes.

Dorm - 3:10 PM (Seungmin)

Wondering around for snacks and sweets, Min sees Chans' phone ringing on the counter.

"Chan !" Stretching his voice, Min tried to call for him but sat with no reply. Guessing he was in the shower, he checked the number to see if it was their company or spam. Walking toward the screen, Min saw an unregistered number and left it to ring and fixed him a late breakfast - eggs with toast.
-
After chowing down on his toasty food, Seungmin went to lay with low energy on the dorm room couch when he saw Jisung's car approach.

Not being able to see, Min waited at the door to see if Y/n was okay. Waiting as he heard light steps on the concrete and the doorknob jiggle as it was being unlocked.

He was greeted with just the face he wanted to see.

"Hey Y/N, you okay?" Min said as he approached Y/n, just focused on her face as she continued to storm by, finally halting to meet his gaze.

She was saying something to him .. but Seungmin couldn't understand it. He was more concerned with the situation and her feelings rather than an excuse she made up to comfort him.

While she was talking he focused on her slowly, trying to make out how she felt and what happened after she was snatched from their meet at the mall. He could tell her eyes were bloodshot, she was in a rush, and she couldn't keep eye contact with him without shaking. What could he have done to be looking at such a withered Y/n in front of him..?

Flashback End.
