Good News

Early in the morning...

Yuri woke up from her lay as she sit to her bed and stretch her arms and yawn.

"Another day to start" Yuri said before standing up to prepare her breakfast.

While Yuri is cooking her breakfast her phone suddenly ring indicating that someone is calling.

"Who could it be?" Yuri said as she remove her apron and close the stove as she grab her phone to answer the call.

"Hello? Why did you call" Yuri asked the caller.

"I have a good news, You need a job right? I already talk to my friend who also works here in the company and also a close person to our boss here" the caller said to Yuri excitingly.

Yuri gasped about what she heard, she suddenly squeak and starts to jump because of happiness.

The caller giggles through the phone as she heard Yuri squeaked because of what she just said.

"But Yuri you think you can do the job?" the caller worriedly asked Yuri.

Yuri suddenly stop from jumping and answer the caller.

"Of course! Anything, I can do anything. I mean any work as long as it's not illegal" Yuri confidently said to the caller.

The caller sigh "Yuri uhmm it's not illegal but..." the caller paused on what she's about to say that made Yuri curious.

"Why is there anything wrong about it?" Yuri asked as she was confused why the caller suddenly stop in the mid of her sentence.

The caller was having a hard time if she will tell Yuri or not.

"Just tell me" Yuri said because she's about to lose her patience because of thinking about what is it.

The caller was hesitating if she will say it or not, but she also consider the fact that she should tell Yuri since she is the one who will be working.

"The person that you are going to work for is ughh" the caller is having a hard time but still manage to finish her words.

"Cold person, has anger issue, perfectionist, and she doesn't care about anyone because work is work and nothing more" the caller quickly said as she gain her confidence saying it.

After what the caller just said, Yuri suddenly burst out of laughter that cause the caller to be annoyed.

"Yah! Why are you laughing" the caller retorted with an annoying tone of voice.

"You are having a hard just to say that characteristics of the person I was about to work for?" Yuri managed to say those word while was having hard time to stop herself for laughing.

The caller just sighed "Yuri, I'm serious and I'm not joking around here. So are you fine with that?, Because that's the only job I can help you with" the caller said worriedly to Yuri.

The caller heard Yuri take a deep breath through the phone.

"Of course I can do it! And who am I to reject that job" Yuri confidently said to the caller.

"Even though she's a beast or something, as long as I have a work that can be enough for me and my family's expenses I'm fine with it" Yuri assured the caller.

The caller softly giggles as she heard those word.

"That's the spirit Yuri, so are you free later? After lunch?" The caller asked Yuri.

Yuri gasped as she was shocked.

The caller who heard her gasped asked her again.

"So are you free?" The caller asked once again.

"Yes I am" Yuri confidently said even though she's a bit of a nervous.

"Don't worry Yuri, they will just do a brief interview about you and your job experiences" the caller said to calm Yuri down a bit.

Yuri heavily sighed since it was just an interview, she thought that she was about to start her job today.

"Good hehe" Yuri nervously said because she still feel nervous, she just have a few hours to prepare for an interview.

"Don't be nervous Yuri, I know you'll get the job" the caller cheered Yuri up to lessen her nervousness.

"I'll hang up now okay Yuri? We'll just see each other here later at the Parallel Universe Company, Good luck on your interview later".

"Thank you Chaeyeon for your help!" Yuri said before ending the call.

After the call Yuri smile as she already found a job to apply for, but she suddenly remember what Chaeyeon said about her soon to be boss.

"Cold person?" Yuri ask herself as she put her phone down and get back on cooking.

"Nevermind, I'll be a good worker" Yuri said to herself confidently

"Good thing I have a reliable friend that I can ask for help in this kind of situations" Yuri said while softly smiling as she continue to cook for her breakfast.
