𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐞. <𝟑

𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝟏 <𝟑

It was a Thursday, the night of 25th November 2021. Ellie had arrived home from school at about 4pm after a long day of hard work with a banging headache. She had felt so low that as soon as she stepped into her room, she put on her pyjamas and crawled straight into her bed and fell asleep. She woke up at 6pm to a message from her sister Honey, and one from her crush, Jayden. So she clicked on her sisters text and the text read
"ELLIE JAYDEN JUST TEXT ME AND SAID HE LIKES YOU BACK!!"
Ellie was stunned by the text. She was happy and confused at the same time because, Jayden was the most popular boy in school, why would he like her? And he already had his own girlfriend called Eve. She opened the text from Jayden.
"Hi I just thought to tell you I've broken up with my gf bc I've come to think and I do like you."
Ellie was screaming. She was the happiest she had been in months. She couldn't believe it and had no idea what to say to him. She text Honey and said
"OMG what do I say to him?"
Honey is typing...
"Say something like "oh I feel the same too" or something!" Honey had replied.
"Okayyy"
She clicked on Jayden's contact and text him what Honey had told her to say.
"Will you go out with me?"
Oh my fucking lord.
Ellie was smiling at her phone so much her jaw started to ache. She obviously said yes to him. She had a crush on a few boys in the past, but she had never loved them so much. She had fallen in love.
"HONEY HE JUST ASKED ME OUT?!"
She was really freaking out.
Jayden is typing...
She took a deep breath and clicked on the new chat.
"Kk thanks x"

She started typing. She was shaking in excitement.
"Np this may sound rlly weird but I've had a crush on you for a few years now and I love you it may be too soon I'm sorry x".
"Oh no maybe I shouldn't have put that."
She thought. He started typing. Oh shit.
"Same.. I've liked u for five years now lol I love you sm x"
She dropped her phone and started jumping around like a mini firework on her bed. She was so excited.
Honey is typing...
"Omfgggg ik he told me and you'll  never guess whatt" Honey text her.
"What is it?"
"He has been texting me for like an hour and I've been helping him like prep and everything to ask you out!"
"Omggg!"
"Yep!"
She couldn't believe it. She couldn't wait to see him the next day.
