[Present]

Jungkook's life became a mess. On one side he got to know that he has a daughter with his ex and on the other side he got to know his wife is infertile. It was a mess. 
How will he tell you now? You will think he cheated on you. This will break you more. 

He knows it's no one's fault but still, he can't help but feel defeated because of it. He was at fault for being irresponsible. Hyunjin was his ex, who cheated on him with his own brother. But his brother died due to an accident. 

He thought about Areum it wasn't her fault in anything, that child deserves a father's love. And if he is the father then he will fulfill his responsibilities and give the world that Areum deserves.

[A Week Later]

Things were going normal or maybe you both were trying to be normal. This infertility sure created a crack in your relationship. Jungkook told his mom about it and his mom was very upset and disappointed. Jungkook was there only son and you being infertile meant they cant see there grandchildren.

You're being infertile did affect your relationship very badly. You both were upset and were suffering inside but didn't talk about it to each other. Maybe you both thought avoiding talking about it is best but that only increased the distance between you both.

  You noticed how Jungkook now started coming late. He was trying to drown himself in work. The doctor said the medication would help but the chances are less and the side effects might cause harm to you.

About Areum. The DNA reports came positive and Areum is Jungkook's daughter. Jungkook didn't know how to react. Should he be happy for having a daughter? Or should feel ashamed having a daughter with his ex being married to you. 

He didn't tell anyone this yet. He doesn't want you to know this. He was being selfish. He wants you but he wants his daughter too. Areum made him feel complete. He doesn't know how will you react after knowing this. He didn't cheat but this doesn't justify it. Will you stay after knowing it? Or maybe you misunderstand because his ex gave him what you couldn't.

Days passed and the distance between you and Jungkook grew. You thought he is working while he was spending time with his daughter and ex, a second family. Areum became Jungkook's little escape. Jungkook loved her so much. But what he didn't realize was that he was drifting apart from you too. You too needed him but he wasn't there. Unknowingly his being cold to you was hurting you. 

You felt he was intentionally distancing himself from you. He doesn't need you any more. But he just doesn't know how to face you. Was your infertility to be blamed here or Jungkook's selfishness as the reason for your breaking relationship? 

[Present]

Today was your shoot. After the shoot, you went to a restaurant with your co-model and a good friend, Selena. You entered and sat down while Selena placed the order.

Selena : So how is life going Y/n?
Y/n : Pretty good.

She nodded and you both talked for a while. But then your eyes caught a familiar figure.

Jungkook.

But he wasn't alone. There was a woman and a child with him. It didn't take much time till your mind got covered with unwanted thoughts.

Y/n : I guess that's enough for today we should leave.

Selena nodded and you both got up. She left and you went towards Jungkook, they didn't notice you yet. But what you heard made you stop and your heart shatter.

Woman : Really? Then how long you will meet Areum like this? She will grow up how do you think she will react knowing you are not her father?
Jungkook : I am her father.
Woman : Who has no relation with his mom. Besides has a wife.
Jungkook : It won't matter.
Woman : It will matter Jungkook. Just because you want to be with your wife, our daughter will suffer.

Tears escaped from your eyes. You felt someone stabbed your heart.

He has another woman in his life. He even has a child. He got another family behind your back. Your world crashed seeing the sight in front. You lost everything.

Your rushed and drove back to your house. You entered your bedroom and cried your heart out. Everything was making sense to you now. His, cold behavior, his distancing himself from you. Everything. Was your infertility was the reason? But then the child was seemed around 1-2 years. How long was he hiding this from you? From how long he kept you in dark? How long he played with your feelings?

You felt so betrayed and broken. But now it's enough you decided what you will do now.

[Meanwhile] [Flashback to restraunt]

Jungkook was with Hyunjin and Areum in a restaurant. Jungkook was feeding Areum while Hyunjin was staring at him.

Jungkook was thinking about the report he found two days ago. After reading the reports he again felt so lost. Again everything became a mess to him. 

Hyunjin cleared her throat and looked at Jungkook. Jungkook too looked at her with a raised eyebrow?

Hyunjin : How long this will go like this Jungkook?
Jungkook : What do you mean?
Hyunjin : You know what I mean. I mean us.
Jungkook : There is no us here Hyunjin. You know it. I am just here for Areum.
Hyunjin : Really? Then how long you will meet Areum like this? She will grow up how do you think she will react knowing you are not her father?
Jungkook : I am her father.
Hyunjin : Who has no relation with his mom. Besides has a wife.
Jungkook : It won't matter.
Hyunjin : It will matter Jungkook. Just because you want to be with your wife, our daughter will suffer.
Jungkook : What do you want Hyunjin?
Hyunjin : Jungkook listen.....We are a complete family here. You, me, and our daughter. We are so happy. Why do you have to still be with your wife then?
Jungkook : Are you out of your mind. Y/n is my wife she is my family.
Hyunjin : You just don't want to accept it. I know you still want to be with me. Think about it Jungkook. Think about Areum. 
Jungkook : There is nothing to think about Areum. I have nothing to do with you. Areum is my daughter and you are her mother that's it. You are nothing to me.

Just then Jungkook's phone rang it was his mother. He picked up the phone. His mother told him to be home soon.
