Peter Parker Son of Wizards? (Indefinite Hiatus)

So this is a Marvel MCU and HP crossover based on Spider-Man aka Peter Parker whom found out he was son of two wizards James and Lily Potter and has a younger brother called Harry Potter also known as The-Boy-Whom-Lived. They will react to videos and movies on Avengers, Iron Man, Captain American, Black Widow, Falcon, War Machine, Hulk, Hawkeye, Dr Strange, Thor, Black Panther, Bucky Barnes, Scarlet Witch, Spider-Man and etc.

Bio:

Peter Benjamin Parker or Peter Remus Potter was born to James and Lily Potter on 9th August 2000 in St. Mungos. His Godfather is Sirius Black. They were hiding in Godric Hollow at their cottage. Soon on 31st July 2002, Harry James Potter was born. On 31st October Aka Halloween Peter Pettigrew betrayed the Potters by telling them there location to Voldemort. Voldemort attacked the Potters and stunned James and Lily, he then attacked Harry but failed to and was 'killed'. The Aurors and Siruis soon arrived and freed James and Lily. They immediately went to Peter and Harry room. They found Harry crying with a scar on his head but no sign of Peter. James and Lily searched up and down all around Britain and Scotland but could not find him. They declared him dead heartbroken on 2004. Meanwhile, Richard and Mary, Agents of SHIELD found Peter on the front of their house crying. Unable to conceive children and a letter saying how his parents died, they adopted Peter and named him Peter Benjamin Parker. They raised him for 4 years until Richard found out that HYDRA existed within SHIELD and quickly they asked his brother and Sister-in-law Ben and May Parker to take care of Peter while they decided to escape from the United States. But their car on their way to the airport was ambushed by the Winter Soldier aka Bucky Barnes. He crashed their car on the side of a tree and strangled Mary before strangling Richard as well and placed their bodies inside the car to make it look like a car crash. Peter was raised by his uncle Ben and aunt May as their own son. He went to Midtown High School of Science and Technology and on a field trip to a Government Research Lab where he was bitten by a radioactive spider which gave him spider-like powers. Soon uncle Ben was mugged and shot by a mugger and Peter was there unable to do anything but cry out for help. Then uncle Ben before dying told peter whom found out that peter had spider-like powers told him that with great power came great responsibility. At 14 he started his vigilante activities by stopping mugging, robberies, thefts and helping people. The media soon started soon to call him Spider-Man due to his spider-like abilities and received praise but J.J Jameson, CEO of the Daily Bugle hated him for unknown reasons (jealousy???) and was against him. Soon Tony Stark found him, was surprised to found out he as smart, smart as him and with his spider-like abilities decided to recruit him. Steve thought he was too young and was a kid, Barton liked him, Natasha found out that he was son of Richard and Mary whom was also her friend and made her godmother of Peter, Bruce liked him and was glad to know that he was not annoying, Thor liked and was a warrior albeit a bit young to fight but liked him and Tony liked him and made him a suit with many gadgets. They soon battled Tony rogue AI Ultron was wished to end all of human race and they saved the world and they saved Wanda and Pietro Maximoff whom apologised to Tony for thinking he was the one whom killed there parents with the bombs but turned out it was tony unofficial godfather whom had sold the bombs and they were brainwashed by HYDRA to think Tony Stark was behind it. They took all responsibility and served there sentences. But still Peter was not a Avenger but an Avenger in Training. Tony decided to make Peter his Intern at Stark Industries as a cover to his Avenger training, helping the Avengers time to time and bonding with Tony. Soon they found out Rumlow, a HYDRA operative in SHIELD wanted to plant a biological weapon in Institute for Infectious Disease in Lagos. Steve wanted to go to immediately go to Nigeria to stop Rumlow but the entire team except Thor and Hulk whom they did not know where they were. Tony wanted to first ask the Nigerian Government for entry into their airspace and inform the army and police of the attack. Steve said that they were the Avengers and can do anything but Tony and Peter reminded that if they go to Nigeria unannounced, the government would take it as a threat to its sovereignty. So they informed the Nigerian Government whom evacuated the institution and the surrounding area. The mission was a success. Soon the UN wanted to make a draft on enhanced individuals, their registration, tracking and trial and as well as a prison called the Raft, all this was suggested by General Thaddeus Ross, whom wanted to control the Avengers, and also make the perfect super soldier. It was called the Sokovia Accords and this was not the final product. The entire Avengers team was against it, Tony said that the registration was forced and they had to give up there identity to the government, the wearing of tracking bracelets meant a violation of privacy and no trial, in the constitution it states every individual will be given a trial whether guilty or not. Tony also raised the issue that Ross was the one whom experimented on Hulk and was the creator of the Hulkbuster, his many illegal experiments and he was going to be their head in the panel. The UN realised there mistakes in the Sokovia Accords and changed it. Now it was only registration and no one had to give up there identity, local vigilante's can act in there own city or state and in self-defence but have to ask permission to act in another city or state and they also have to prove they are capable of being a Hero and if the person whisked to join the Avengers, they have to prove themselves and train with the Avengers. Ross was soon removed and placed on trial for his many crimes and illegal experiments, he was given the death penalty. Tony started to recruit many people into the Avengers: Rhodney aka War Machine, Samuel Wilson aka Falcon, Vision aka JARVIS whom is now a person and Scott Lang aka Ant Man. Soon everyone was present at Vienna for the Accords to be signed but all of a suddenly a bomb went off, many in the council and foreign ambassadors were either heavily injured or killed. And the rest you know is history.
