Well you died...

The three of us have sailed for a good amount of time it's starting to get dark. I look over to see what the knuckle heads are doing, Zoro is fixing the sail. Luffy is trying to fish, but it's not working out to well since all he caught was a boot. Shaking my head I sighed, we ate a little while ago I spoke up " I'll take night watch tonight, you two can get some sleep."
Zoro finished fixing the sail turned toward me and said " I'll take second watch."
"No. You need rest Zoro you haven't had proper rest, also Luffy you need sleep to." I said to them Luffy was about to say something but I cut him off. " No. rest. Ok." I said sternly, he looked away with a pout.
"If you need to sleep or something happens wake me up got it!" Zoro told me.

Listening the gentle breeze of the night I stuck my hand in the water felling the warmth of the ocean. I'm just glad I got those two to let me do night watch they need sleep. I have a hard time sleeping sense I have insomnia I thought that since I'm in a new world I wouldn't have it, but nope. Looking up to see the most clear sky I have ever seen there wasn't even a cloud out the stars and moon shimmered against the different shades of blues and purples. It was like a the sky and sea were painting the dark night with life with the galaxies. I found some of the constellations humming a little tune I felt at peace as the boat gently swayed back and forth.

Now thinking on everything that has happened I haven't changed the plot of the story much. But if I'm going to try and change certain things in One Piece how will I do it. I'm just one person I can't fix everything sighing to myself saying. " Getting worked up over it isn't going to help anyone...."
Checking the directions to make sure we are going the right way I stood up. I wanted to fly around to see if there is anything thing ahead and my instincts are going crazy to do a night flight. I started to take off into the sky making the boat sway a bit but not enough to wake up the two heavy sleepers.
Flying felt freeing with only the stars and moon to guide my way. Looking down at the water to see a few small sea kings jumping out of the water following along with me. I flew around for about a hour, I didn't find any islands but the sea kings where playful and friendly. Deciding to go back to the bout I waved the sea kings a bye leave them to play, while heading to the bout I was humming some of my favorite songs. Once I got back it didn't feel like I took long, I tried to land on the bout as gentle as possible. Once I landed swaying the bout a bit then check if anything changed, Luffy was awake looking around with a worried expression. I frown my eyebrows and walk up to him when he saw me Luffy takled me in a hug, not knowing what happened I just hug back.
"What happened Luffy is there something wrong?" I spoke softly to the boy
"nightmare." was the only thing Luffy said snuggling into me.
"Wanna talk about it?" I asked Luffy shook his head no.
"Ok... but you need sleep." I told him while running my hand though his hair.
"Can I stay with you... please." Luffy mumbled out tired
"Of course you can you don't bother me at all." I said trying not to gush at how cute he is. Picking Luffy up he readjusted his hold on me snuggling into my shoulder. I went over to my seat in front of the mast sitting down getting comfortable. I wrapped my wings around the two of us like a blanket now seeing a half asleep Luffy in my arms I smiled. I remembered a little soft song I could sing to him to make Luffy go to sleep.
(The song at the start of the chapter is what I think fits but its up to you.) (I do not own the song I just like it.)
After I was done singing Luffy was out like a light the smile on my face never left . A sigh of content left me as I watched the night sky shimmer with life. ' I may be only one person, but I have these two now I can depend on.' I thought to myself.
