Because the crew is not working with Agency anymore Tony and Layla were doing street racing again and Frostee is finally driving his own car and cisco was driving on his own and echo was just echo but Ms.nowhere and palindrome are still working with the agency and they need the crew again for a mission
Ms.nowhere got a call from the agency call she didn't Expected
Ms.nowhere: we what! can we just get a new crew together
The agency: no we can't can we need people that know what to do
Ms.nowhere: [sigh] fine!
Palindrome: what happened?
Ms.nowhere: we need the old crew back "Gary" call echo and tell her we need the crew back
Gary: okay Ms.nowhere
Gary calls echo and tells her to get the crew back but echo tells Gary something that Ms.nowhere wouldn't like to hear
