He ran his fingers through his hair, a nervous chuckle coming from him. So now his anxiety decides to show up, alright then.

A surprised noise came from the other end before a sudden laugh came following after.
"Ah, ______, we haven't talked in a while, huh?"
Another nervous chuckle, christ, stop chuckling you idiot.
"..Yeah. Yeah, it's been a while... how's your uh.."

"Relationship going?"
"It's our 1 year anniversary, we're quite happy together, actually!"
He never sounded this happy when they were together.
Maybe it was best that they had split up.

That was a lie.
He furrowed his eyebrows, how he hated lying to the other.
"Soo, have you found anyone for yourself yet? A nice lady?"
There was a soft giggle that came from the other end, it sounded genuine. A smile formed on his face.
