Annabeth, being somewhat familiar with the caverns, is able to gather her bearings quite fast. An added bonus is Percy's cellphone, which she swiped from his back pocket on the trip down. She hates to admit it, but he does still have a nice butt. Good for him.

She stands up and turns the flashlight on Percy's cellphone.

She lets a small gasp escape her lips when the harsh lighting reveals a spider on Percy's neck.

"What?" he asks.

But she's a bitch now, or at least, that's what Percy thinks. So he wants a bitch? He's gonna get one.

"Oh, nothing," Annabeth says innocently. "What was that you were saying? About how I'm ruining everything?"

Percy scrambles to his feet.

Annabeth tugs on the ribbon still holding them together just for fun, causing him to lose his footing.

Percy mumbles something under his breath.

"I'm sorry. I didn't quite catch that," Annabeth says.

"I said I can't believe you were right."

"Well, you better." She pulls the chopsticks from her hair and angles the ribbon beneath one. Time to spring herself free.

"I'd rather you didn't," Percy says.

Annabeth cocks an eyebrow. "You mean... you want to stay tied up with a..." she lowers her voice so she can sarcastically ask, "a bitch?"

He groans and slams his hands against the wall, no doubt killing a few spiders in the process. "I think it's fair to say neither of us knows what we're about to find down here. Shouldn't we stay close?"

Annabeth shrugs and walks the caverns, the same as she did before.

"Can I please have my phone?" he asks.

Instead of responding, she opens the camera and takes a playful selfie. She almost laughs. Despite her frizzy hair, Percy can be seen in the background, looking absolutely stupid.

"Are you sure there were other people in here with you?" Percy asks, rubbing a spider bite on his forearm.

"Do you ever shut up?" Annabeth asks.

"Do you?"

"Nope! Fuck, I'm kinda hungry. I could really go for some Subway."

The ribbon goes slack as Percy catches up. "Funny, the girl dressed like Shaggy from Scooby-Doo suggesting we eat sub sandwiches after this."

Annabeth looks downwards at her outfit: A fitted green crop-top and dark red shorts. Shit. She does look like Shaggy!

"Oh, fuck," she realizes. "We look like we're cosplaying Scooby-Doo."

"Me?" Percy asks.

"Yeah, Fred!" Annabeth tugs on the satin once again. "This one of your traps? Damn, that didn't sound so kinky in my head."

"You're nuts."

"I still don't think you could pull it off."

"Pull what off?"

Annabeth turns around and blows a kiss. "I think it's this way," she says, angling Percy's phone light towards the ceiling, the same lights from before dotting the wall. They don't light up this time, however. That's probably for the best, considering what happened last time.
