Somewhere in the deep space, far away from our world, in the infinite loop of time and space, there exists another galaxy. A galaxy which is very similar yet different to ours in more than one way.
The galaxy has its own Earth which is the heaven for life there, just like ours, where creatures similar to homo sapiens inhabitate. That planet is named Kireina. You can describe it as a look-alike of our Earth as it is the same in every manner but the reality of social and political environment there is quite contradicting to ours. In Kireina magic exists along with science.
For thousands of years, the people there has evolved and changed the life style there beyond our expectations. The combination of science and magic played the key role in doing so. All the understandable concepts are referred as science and those which are beyond the human understanding capability, and yet are very real, are called magic.

Yoro is a small yet economically sound and developed region in the politically united country of Victorem. The country of Victorem consists of 4 major and Yoro is one of those major regions of the country despite of having a comparatively small area than most of the other countries. And like most of the countries of Kireina, Yoro is still ruled by their king. Monarchy is still present there and it is the most popular type of political system in Kireina. There's no separate government or power to interfere in the political situations of the kingdom and question the supreme ruler about any of his actions. Still the region is prospering in the shadows of its great kings. The king who established and led the kingdom of Yoro in the first hand is still considered to be one of the most impactful leaders not only in the history of Victorem but also all over the Kireina. And still today Yoro is the most developed country because of the well established co-ordination of science and magic.

And even though it is true that magic is one of the most important elements that has led this world to what it is today, it was also realized that the unlimited and unreasonable power of magic can be a hurdle for the mankind itself. That is why using magic without having proper authority is a crime in this world. It is treated as a sin. And you must not use it for fun unless you want the joint forces of all the countries to hunt you down to death.
