In between Blow Us All Away/ when Phillip dies and It's Quiet Uptown / when Phillip's family grieving for his death his sister Angelica Hamilton sings about her grief when she loses her brother. She is very sad because that was the sibling she was closest to. The scene starts with her in the middle of the stage in the house set, crying. She is confused and disappointed in her brother, but is fully understanding of what he did. She was the person who got her brother the most so she knew once she heard George Eacker's speech, she knew that either Phillip or her father would get mad at him. She was mad at him too but was too scared to challenge him. While she is sitting there crying, her mother walks in and tries to comfort her. Her mother is very, very sad obviously. But she is also feeling anger at Alexander because he did not bother to tell Phillip not to challenge him. He just told him what to do which is what got him killed. So her and her mother are sitting in the middle of the stage when Angelica starts singing to her mother while crying:

His name was Phillip,

He was a poet,

And he loved me just to show it,

And I don't know what I'm gonna do,

I've never experienced grief this is new,

He practiced French and played piano with his mother,

He had a sister but wanted a little brother,

And on top daddy's trying' to start America's bank,

Un, deux, trois, quatre, cinq.

Eliza hugs Angelica and they continue to talk when Alexander walks in. He asks Eliza for some alone time with Angelica. Eliza walks out and Angelica and Alexander start talking. Angelica says that she does not know what she is going to do without Phillip. Alexander says that he thinks the same way. They both soon agree that they need to be there for each other forever because they are going through the same thing. They both hug and Angelica, Alexander, and Eliza go for a walk. They talk about a lot of things like what life is going to look like after Phillip has died and what they were feeling in that moment. Eliza did not talk to Alexander the whole time because she is still very mad at him. They walk back home and it is time to go to bed. So Eliza puts Angelica to sleep but she stays up all night thinking about everything and crying. She comes to the conclusion that she is not going to be better for a long time. In the morning, she is still feeling terrible. No one talked to each other that morning. They all eat breakfast together, but there is this weird tenseness in the air. Alexander notices it and all of a sudden, just walks out of the house. He decides to go on a walk by himself. He is gone for a little while when Eliza goes to look for him. He was uptown. This is when It's Quiet Uptown starts.
