I always believed that one day, the end of the human race would come. But I never thought I would be alive to see it.
Even though it's horrifying to see, at the same time it's satisfying. To watch the forests we destroyed grow back with no fear. To watch our own greediness be our doom.
It's rather funny really, one ravenous and dull person decided that creating a virus that turns humans into bloodthirsty, flesh eating monsters was a good idea.
Only for it to backfire in their face when it was "accidentally" unleashed and spread like wildfire across the country.
The country had indeed plunged into jet black darkness with no light at the end of the tunnel to be seen. Abandoned buildings, unusable vehicles, blood, bodies were the only things to see for miles.
The sky was rather the opposite of the atmosphere as it was a light blue. The atmosphere on the other hand was suffocatingly terrifying.
But oh, it was hell. Hell without the fire. I've been silent for so long, the slightest noise hurts my ears. The smallest sound is enough to make my heart beat go crazy and make me dizzy with fear.
I'm slowly losing my sanity and I just might go crazy. I mean, What is there to lose? It's not like there is a cure to stop this virus.
The end of the human race has arrived and there is no way to stop it.
