Part 2: The Diner.

After I had that sleepover, I went outside to meet Dan. Turns out, he's a really nice guy. He owns this cool diner and everything. After he took me in, I found my home there, working there as an added bonus. Anyways, sooner or later I decided to live on my own in a small apartment, making money in his Diner while I do so. Today is a break day, so what am I going to do? I'm gonna go to the Diner to see dad. Or Dan, as you know him. I drive up to the diner and park my car. I enter the diner and see that Dan was there, along with.... The 3 Smiles kids? What happened to Robert? Where's he at? As the door bell rang, I said hello to Dan. "Heya champ!" "Hey, Dad. And why are the Smiles kids here? What happened?" I asked worriedly. "Oh, well what happened next was crazy. When you left to live your life in the apartment, I got a call from Matthew and turns out, Robert died and the house blew up. Now they had nowhere to live, so I took them in." 'Oh no, Is Albert part of this universe?' "Was there anyone that was with the kids?" "No, why do you ask?" 'Oh thank god. I was not ready for that.' I thought in my head. " Oh, no reason. I'm gonna go talk to them. Say hi." I said as I walked to their table. They notice me and instantly hug me. "Woah! What's this about?" I surprisingly said. "Dude, we missed you! A lot of things changed while you were gone." Matthew said. "How have you been?" Seth asked, happy to see me again. "I've been good, how about you three?" I replied. "Good." They all reply as well, noticing they all jinxed each other and chuckled. "Hey, champ? Cmere for a second." Dan asks me. I sit next to him on the bar stool. He talks to me about some stuff about Robert, while also giving me some chocolate milk. I drink it and listen. "Oh, that reminds me. Claire, show him the drawing." Dan says to Claire, who I didn't even notice was there. Man, their good at sneaking up on people. She runs to her room and comes back with a drawing. "I don't know what it means, but I instantly thought of you when I drew this. Do you have any idea what it means?" She asks while showing me the drawing. "Claire?" I ask her. "Oh, have you figured it out?" She asks curiously. "No, but it's pretty obvious, since it's a drawing of me with a heart around it...?" I question. She immediately blushes and swipes the drawing and runs to her room. Yelling a "Wrong drawing!" As she ran back. "What was up with that?" I ask Dan, expecting not an answer. "She likes you." I spit out my Chocolate milk and blush. "Wait, what?" I tell him. "Yep, she likes you ever since that sleepover. Heck, she even asked Robert what that feeling was. You shouldn't probably tell Seth or Matthew, got it?" He tells me. "Got it, I'll keep that noted." I say as I drink my chocolate milk. "Here it is!" She slams down the drawing with pride. Hmm, wait a sec, I recognize this. It's a base 64 code. I learned this when I was younger. Give me a moment to translate it." I say as I begin reading it. Dan and Claire watch with interest as I decipher the code. "Aha! It reads..."
