The New Kid [ DNF ]

Part 1 🐧

As George sat, watching the water on the window fall, and drip, he could hear his phone pinging and ringing on the table beside his bed, he knew who it would be, but he didn't want to answer it just yet, but he remembered last time he ignored him for more than half an hour. George stood up and walked over tripping over his feet as he did but managed to get over to his phone just in time for it to start ringing, as always, George answered.

"GEORGE" Karl yelled directly into the phone causing George to flinch slightly.
George hesitated for a moment..
"Yes Karl, what is sooooo important you have to call me at 4 in the morning, I could have been sleeping!"
"George we all know you never sleep, but anyways, Have you for once sent me the work you knowwww I'm going to failll you need to help meeeee" Karl basically whined into the phone.
"Stop your whining, I'll send it to you in a moment, just make sure you change it slightly! We don't want to be caught... AGAIN"

George knows he will forget to change anything, and most likely get them in trouble again, but he couldn't really be bothered at the moment, so he just pulled out his laptop and got to work sending it to his friend

"Yeah yeah I will, you will just have to remind me like 500 times so that I remember" Karl never ever remembered what he was going to do he usually got distracted by other things whether it be a puppy, a person or even something as little as a shiny, rock.

George ended up changing it for Karl already and sending it through with some things he had to write down aswell, Karl basically relied on George for everything, schoolwork, friends, ideas and even advice, and George relied on Karl for smaller things like someone to be friends with, someone to trust and someone to make fun of. (In like a friend way) but no matter what, they would tell eachother everything, they were basically inseparable!

"There you go, make sure you write down the notes I sent, I've already changed it slightly so that you don't have to and so it's not suspicious, so don't worry about that, plus you should make sure you get this down so that professor doesn't put you in detention, again you know how fun that was last time" George laughed slightly remembering how much Karl texted him about being bored in detention and taking photos of everything just to pass time his phone had to have been filled with photos of the detention rooms wall.

"Aye, it was boring in there, and I will write it down in the morning not right now because I am going back to sleep because there isn't any light outside so I should not be awake, I am going back to sleep, I love you Georgeeeeee" (platonically) you could hear Karl flop down onto his bed with the bed squeaking slightly.

"Love you too bro, make sure you set an alarm and bring me a monster when you come to school pleaseeee"
And with that George hung up and decided he would try to sleep finally.

After setting his alarm and plugging his phone in he got comfortable under his blankets and fell asleep

(I'm sorry if this is bad but it is my first time soooo don't hate it as much 😂)
