✿ FIGHT OF A GUARD ✿ (𝖈𝖔𝖒𝖕𝖑𝖊𝖙𝖊𝖉)

Chapter thirty-seven

Yunlan and Shen Wei were looking into each other's eyes as a sudden voice disturbs them "I am here to make sure, he will get punished for what he did" Chu's mom was standing with mad expressions, both turned towards her and the whole family as well

"What?.. What are you trying to say?" Shen Wei narrowed his eyes and Yunlan stared at his face "I am saying that you are guilty.. you are a killer! You...."

"That's enough!!" Shouts Yunlan and angrily glares at the grumpy lady who was looking at Shen Wei "You just wait and see how I will tarnish your reputation and your honour.. You killed my son, I will teach you a good lesson! I will see how will you come out from the prison your whole life, you will rot in jail"

Her words were filled with hate and she smirk at Shen Wei.. Yunlan looked at his Wei and holds his hand while pulling him at his back, Yunlan bravely stands in front of Shen Wei shielding him like he will protect him from the whole evil world

"Don't you dare try to tarnish his reputation.. He is my wife.... Zhao Wei!" Yunlan stands confidently facing the evil lady.. All the family smiles at him and Shen Wei was surprisingly looking at Yunlan

"If you dare say anything more about him, I won't tolerate it.. Is that understood?.... I trust my Zhao Wei's honesty and faithfulness"

She frown at Yunlan's words, others were happy and Shen Wei's eyes were teary, he was just staring at Yunlan nonstop...

"Who do you think you are?... Even if God accuses Zhao Wei in my presence I won't believe Him. Zhao Wei can never betray me, I have full faith in him.. I am confident about him"

Shen Wei's tears fell and he start smiling alone.. All others were worried, mad and scared too but Shen Wei keep smiling and his tears keep falling from his eyes rushing towards his well-defined chin..

"Fine! If you can trust him then you want.. But I will have him arrested" Chu's mom shouts and Yunlan smiles back at her making her angry 

"Even I promise, let me see who dares to question the character and honour of my Zhao Wei.. (Shen Wei's heart beats fast) He is my wife, let me see who dares to take him away in my presence"

Yunlan said and stepped back to hold Shen Wei's hand, he crosses his fingers with him and both looked at the evil lady, she fumes in anger looking at their intertwined hands

"Excuse me, sir!.. We need to take him" The officers said and she smiles proudly "How can you save him!... Save him if you can, you can't apply for bail, on this short notice!"

Yunlan once again holds Shen Wei's arms "Zhao Wei!.. I promise you that, they won't take you away in my presence!" Yunlan cupped his face and wipes his tears then turns towards the other woman

"Mrs. Shuzhi, I think you don't know me well.. A couple of seconds is enough for me" By saying this Yunlan runs somewhere and the officers start walking with Shen Wei towards the exit "I trust you, Yunlan! I know you can't let them do anything"

In the room, Yunlan was talking with the lawyer on call "Do whatever you want but arrange Zhao Wei's bail at any cost" Yunlan force his words and the lawyer nods

"Yes, Mr. Zhao!" The lawyer nods respectfully and rushed to do his work but after a few moments he calls Yunlan "What happened?" Yunlan was already on call "Mr. Zhao, its not possible to get him bailed in so less time" The lawyer was embarrassed and Yunlan feels disappointed

"Not possible! Every person knows who Zhao Wei is, what he is and how innocent he is.. Everyone has witnessed his honesty and management.. And if he is accused falsely, won't he even get a chance to prove himself? I don't know anything, just do anything Zhao Wei must be bailed"
