it was 2:30. I was on my way to walk to the school and pick up my siblings. Cmon let's go before I get caught. I told khlo, zuo, and mali. They agreed and snuck out the school. As we walked out of school I told zuo and mali the story and why I had to sneak to pick them up. They were shocked but we all walked into the house and I went straight to the kitchen to cook steak. My dream was to move out of the apartment and leave my mom behind,I bet she would not even notice since she's always out the house. I have been saving for 2 years and right now,I have been hiding $23,000. I want to save so my siblings can all have there own rooms. I hope the house I looked at that was for $39,000 is not sold by the time I make the money.
"ZE COME HERE RIGHT NOW!" my mom yelled from her room. She's home?! I turn off the steak so it won't burn and walked to her room. "WHY DID MY SCHOOL CALL ME THAT YOUR SUSPENDED?" My Mom yelled so loud I heard my siblings footsteps running to our room. "I was defending khlo,she got bullied". I said. I was surprised mom cared. She never does. "I AM SO ANGRY AT YOU! HOW CAN YOU BE SO STUPID? YOU WILL NEVER DO GOOD IN LIFE WITH THAT RECORD! "mom yelled even louder and slapped my face. Yeah did not hurt, I used to it. I just say "sorry" and walk back to the kitchen.
I begin cooking the steak again as I heard my siblings playing truth or dare. "Truth or dare" zuo whispered. "Dare" khlo replied. I dare you to lick the tv! Zuo laughed. "Ew gross!!" Mali said. I laughed and went back to the steak.
Dinners done! I yelled my siblings ran to the table as I put 2 steaks on the table for us to share. "Thank you big sis! My little sisters told me". "No problem". I replied. I smiled and took half of one steak.as I was eating I noticed khlo was eating less, she usually eats a lot. "Are you okay khlo?" I asked. "Yes I'm just not really hungry". Khlo replied. I went to go to moms room to give her half steak but of course she snuck out the window.
As my siblings were done eating I walked in outside and told mali to watch khlo and zuo. I had $20 to go get snacks for all of us.I picked up KitKats,Hershey kisses and sour cream and onion chips. "Hello". A stranger said. "Who are you?" I replied. "Hey kid,I know who you are I'll pay you $10,000 if you keep my secret, cus I know yours". The stranger winked. I was so confused, what was my secret?
