It was so dark, wherever I was. I couldn't see a thing and I still couldn't move.
The witch was preparing for me to be eaten, which means she was force feeding me because I wouldn't eat otherwise.
I tried being as uncooperative as possible, so maybe she wouldn't eat me and I'd have a chance to escape. She found a way to feed me.
She put an IV into my wrist and tube fed me, so I couldn't fight back.
The witch sat in the room with me for hours and talked to me, I'm not wuite sure why, but she did.
She hardly ever left the room, she hardly ever stopped talking to me either.
I wish she would stop. Her voice was like knives to my ears. It burned when she spoke, but I was too out of it to tell her to stop.
The witch told me about her past and how torchered she had been. Then she told me of her transformation and how she became a witch.
I couldn't answer her as she had me partially sedated. After a while of me just listening to her, she came over and ripped the IV out of my arm.
The witch said, "I'm sick of just talking to you, but not getting an answer." Next she took my arm restraints off, but left the ones on my legs there. I whispered, "Why am I not dead?"
The witch answered with a sad tone in her voice, "I'm lonely. I haven't talked to anyone in ages." I smiled to myself, "I know how you feel, I was alone for most of my life."
The witch did what sounded like snapping her fingers and the room filled with light.
She had the face of a middle aged woman and the body of a bird. She reminded me of a harpy.
I sat up and smiled at her, blinking back the sudden light, "I don't think we've properly met, my name is Nico fi Angelo." The woman smiled at me, "My name is Meradith." I shook her hand and said, "You know, you're really pretty for a witch."
I was telling the truth. She was very pretty for a middle aged witch. She had light brown hair, bright blue eyes, and soft pink lips. Meradith blushed, "Thank you very much. Nobody has ever said something so genuine to me."
