Was a stuttering mess, brought you a felt rat holding a love heart that he had made in his spare time in the walls. Stopped saying it halfway through because he got nervous, but you smiled at him which encouraged him to keep going. "I guess what I want to say is just that I love you, Y/N".

Overheard you talking about wanting to say 'I love you' to her with Abuela, decided to beat you to it, when you came around the corner she grabbed you and held you by the shoulders. "Y/N. I love you" *squeak*

She didn't say it first. She waited for you to say it. She smiled when you did. "I know. I've been waiting for you to say that. I love you too" and gave you a warm hug.

To Luisa it really didn't feel like a big deal. She said it very casually "I love you, tiny" after carrying you across the town and back to your home after a night in casita. Still meant the world to you both though.
