Romance is a genre that is perceived by different people in different ways. Some like to write it in the mature category while some like to weave it around light comedy. For some it is spiced up with vampires and werewolf while others like to see a touch of science in it. But it all comes down to one theme---Romance.
And this award is for such people who not only think about romance but also put it into words. No matter what genre your book is in, as long as its main theme stays romance, you can participate in this award book. Otherwise, I am sorry to say but this isn't for you.
