"George, you wanna see something?..." Dream asked as he saw George's watch go past midnight.
"Uh- yeah, sure" Dream stood and reached his hand out to George. Getting up, the both of them got into Dream's van. They drove off leaving Georges house behind. It was quiet and the only thing breaking the silence was Dream typing out a message on his phone and sending it, followed by someone talking on the radio 'next w- OH we have a NICE list from one of our beloved viewers! And it seems to fit the midnight vibe as well! How about we play this to end off our show for tonight'
the first song played and Dream turned it up, the beats of it vibrated throughout the van and the two of them lip synced them throughout the drive. After a bit the van slowed down. Dream took a turn to the right towards the forest. George freaked out thinking he would crash but as Dream drove forwards he found himself coming into a clearing that was hidden to the outside by the natural growth of the forest. Leaving the engine and radio running, Dream got out and George followed. There was a cool breeze in the atmosphere. It ran through out their hair and the trees. The smell of the forest was refreshing. The midnight moon looked down on them like a goddess in the sky. George noticed Dream get a few goose bumps.
"Hey Dream... here" Dream looked behind him to see George handing him the hoodie he was wearing
"Your hoodie?"
"y- yeah... pretty sure that sweatshirt isn't, ideal for *cough* keeping you warm..." George said avoiding looking at him.
"You mean covering me?" Dream said with a smirk noticing George was looking at his arms. George freaked out.
"NO! NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO! NO I- *NERVOUS LAUGH* I- NO! I MEAN WARM I-" Dream let out a wheeze.
"*LAUGH* COME ON GEORGE! IM JUST MESSING WITH YOU! Calm down you little mushroom!" Dream said giving a pat on George's back. "Come on, here" George saw Dream climb onto the hood of his van and reach his hand down to help him. Grabbing his hand George climbed onto the roof as well.
"This place is beautiful Dream... how did you find it"
"I'm assuming this was going to be a construction site. I was driving when I went off road and came into this clearing. There was a sign that said to stay off property but below it was another that said cancelled due to loss of funds. So I figured might as well use this clearing for something. So I often come here to spend some time alone on my roof. The stars are really visible from here" He said lying down on the roof and looking up at the sky. George laid down too to admire the stars.
After a bit of silence,
"George..." George's heart skipped a beat when he felt Dream send his hand into George's
"Uh- yeah Dream?..."
"uhm... so I've been seeing you... blush... a lot recently..."
"Uh- I-well I- I wouldn't say- I uh- so you see-"
"I have been too.."
"I-" George turned his head to come face to face with Dream who was smiling at him. He immediately remembered the school rumors about his eyes. They were relaxed and seemed to be illuminating the darkness around them. George felt his hand become sweaty and feared Dream would feel that, but despite what he's responses were Dream remained smiling at George.
Dream turned himself fully to face George. George remained still and frozen. He was locked onto Dream's eyes and before he knew it had a hand gently cupping his face. It took him a while to realize but as soon as he did realize, the hand had pulled him closer and he felt his lips lock onto another pair. George's eyes widened with surprise before slowly closing in pleasure.

the lips parted with a soft smile appearing on each. Dream looked at George to see him still with his eyes closed and clearly thinking about what happened judging by how his smile was becoming wider. It was silent between the two and they could hear their own heart beats race.
"I-...w- *sigh* that... was, unexpected..." George said opening his eyes and taking in what had actually happened.
"Sorry if it was uncomfortable..."
"that, was fine..." George said and stood up straight.
"So... you clearly, have a crush on me eh?"
"I-... ok as if you don't" the two laughed at the small joke, but despite that spent a bit still thinking about what happened. George was questioning where the night would go from there and Dream was worried how George felt about the situation.
"George, I'm not going to hide it... I love you, I- have been loving you for... ages... I've dreamt about you, and not gonna lie, I-... I've been wanting to do this for a while..." Dream said in a nervous chuckle.
"I love you too Dream... and hearing you say that back is... is well... Eheh my dream come true I guess" He said with a chuckle "I have been crushing on you since I saw you first in class... even back when you used to bully me, and like you, I've dreamt about you too..." He said looking back to see Dream still lying on the roof and looking at the stars.
"thank goodness no one is gonna know about this... the last thing we need is someone telling about this in school" Dream said laughing
"oh I would leave school" the two laughed at the little joke and went back to silence
"Anyway Dream, I think I should go home now... pretty sure my mom's really worried eheh..."
"Oh... sure, here, wanna help you down?" Dream and George get down from the van roof. Walking back the night was colder and Dream sent his arm around George to keep him warm. Getting in the van they took off back towards George's home 'And that was the last song of the play list AND tonight, 'heat waves' by Glass animals, the list was sent to us by Dream! And have a great night folks! I'll see ya'll in the morning!"
