Seungkwan and Sieun are standing beside each other. There is an awkward silence between the two of them, and they are unable to look at each other.

Their gazes briefly meet, but they quickly shift their gaze to the opposite direction.

"How have you been?" Sieun asks as she stares at Seungkwan.

Seungkwan has a sad expression on his face when he looks at her...

Seungkwan's voice becomes shaky and sad as he asks, "Why... why didn't you tell me about your research....?"

Sieun is confused by what Seungkwan is saying. She is completely unaware.

"What do you mean?"

"You should have told me you needed to finish your research at that time, I can take care of myself... you know," Seungkwan says, unable to look Sieun in the eyes.

Sieun lets out a sigh.

Sieun's voice expresses her concern, "you also know that if I had left you that time to do my research, you would have died."

"But still," Seungkwan grumbles, "why did you keep me that?"

"Seungkwan-ssi......." Sieun sighs once more. "It's been three years, okay?" Sieun asks calmly. "And who told you that?"

Without looking at Sieun, Seungkwan responds, "just..."

"It's not your fault that I did that, and I chose to do so because I care so much about you," Sieun says, drawing Seungkwan's attention.

"Back then"

Sieun added to the conversation. She's now averting her gaze from Seungkwan's.

"Do you still care about me, Sieun-ah?" Seungkwan questions earnestly.

Sieun simply stares at him, and they exchange stares.

Sieun can't seem to focus in her house, sitting in her office and doing her paperwork. She pauses for a moment and settles into her chair.

"Do you still care about me?"

Her mind is ringing with Seungkwan's words.

"Seungkwan-ah....I'm sorry," she says as she sighs deeply and looks up at the ceiling.

Seungkwan is in his house, lying in bed, unable to sleep because of his encounter with Sieun.

He can simply express his displeasure with himself for what he did and said earlier.

He smacks his head and says to himself, "Boo Seungkwan, you fool!"

Sieun is politely standing in her boss's office at work.

"I heard you personally went to one of our clients," Jongun, her boss, said, sitting in his chair, with a blant expression.

"Yes, sir," Sieun says, "I need to clarify myself because the juniors don't seem to understand." She is extremely nervous.

Jongun bursts out laughing and clapping.

He laughs as he says, "I'm really amazed by you, Ms. Sung."

Sieun appears surprised and confused.
