Escape The Dead

Chapter- 11

Aria POV 

We all rushed inside the first car we saw I was trembling we were so close to death. It gave me a flashback of when mom and dad were being bitten by the zombies and me just standing there frozen. "Aria you're fine right did you get hurt?" Lia said checking my arm. "I'm fine," I said. "Who said you to be fine?" Maria mumbled but enough for me to understand I ignored her but Lia snapped back "Why did you survive just be great full  that my boyfriend saved you and Jayden." I looked towards Jayden and he was quiet the entire ride. We were not sure where we were going and suddenly the car starts making odd sounds as if it was about to blast. "Guys get out the car's engine is broken," said Liam in frustration. "But we will die if we get out," Jayden exclaimed. "You are coming or not?" I asked getting out of the car. "No we're not it's better to be here," Maria said. "Okay die here bye it was not nice meeting you," Liam said. "You-" We left out not letting Maria complete. Suddenly we heard a big explosion it was from the car we left. "Oh damn I hope they are dead," Lia said. "Heh no we're not," Jayden said from the back. We shrug and continue walking.

Liam POV 

We were walking searching for a car. We had found a car but there were zombies in front of the car. "Dang it we cannot pass it," said Jayden. "We will have to fight them," I said. "HAVE YOU LOST YOU'RE MIND!" said Maria catching the attention of the zombies. All the zombies came running from all the sides we had baseball bats with us and used them as a weapon. There was blood all over the road and my shirt. One of the zombies was looking like her mom and bit Lia. "LIA!" I screamed.

Lia POV

I was fighting a zombie until I saw one who was familiar to mom I could not fight her she came and tackled me I tried to get her off me but I could not she was strong she almost bit me I felt a drop of blood fall on my face. The zombie had scratched me and everything went black.

Drake POV 

I saw a zombie attacking my sister all the zombies were gone and Lia was there on the road fainted or infected. I was scared I ran to her "LIA! please wake up I cannot lose wake up please." I said in tears, "Leave her where she is infected." Maria said. how could she be so rock-hearted? Aria came towards Maria and slapped her hard. "YOU HOW COULD BE SO ROCK HEARTED YOU BITCH." Aria was so angry, she slapped her again and Maria fell to the ground. "Guys let's go before zombies come here again," said Jayden. We all go towards the car  Liam was carrying Lia in a bridal style. He places her on the passenger seat and we all sat at the back. "What are you doing what if she is infected," Maria said. "She is not infected," Liam said. I look at him in astonishment "What do you mean?" I asked. "Look she does not have a bite mark and the government did say that the virus spreads from bite marks no scratches," Liam said confirming. Aria and I were relieved.

A/N POV 

The sun was almost about to set and it was again a scary dark old night Liam found a spot between the bushes and parked the car there. They all decide to get some sleep. Liam tried to sleep but could not. Suddenly he heard Lia groaning in pain because of the wound.
