Vacation

Flight

I enjoyed looking out of the window, down on the everyday business going on, but from a bird's eye perspective.

Now we were at a point where we couldn't see anything interesting anymore, we had already risen above the clouds.
'Phew, that was actually quite fun!' said Andrew.
Jennifer answered: 'I know right! No need to be scared!'
'Andrew do you want to change places mid flight? Then you can enjoy the view!' I said.
'I would love to!'

'Ugh, I'm hungry' said Killian, 'You'll be fine, food will come soon' said Lily.
'Yay! I love airplane food! It's always so... Rubbery but it has such a yummy taste to it!' Killian said.
'What is with this detail all the sudden?' Sylviana said.
Sylviana was someone straight to the point, but at certain moments she could be very, very philosophic. I liked that.

Stewardesses came by with a trolly with drinks ontop of it and food on trays on the inside. Wobbly as it was, it almost fell over. But we got our food safely and we could start eating. It was a cheap croissant with some jam and butter, I ordered some jus d'orange and Jennifer ordered cold chocolate milk and Andrew got himself some water.

We finished our food, and our trays were taken back by the same stewardesses again. Then Andrew, Jennifer, Killian, Lily and I played truth or dare. Killian and Lily sat on the seats behind us.
The order of people was clockwise, so if Killian asked a question, Lily would answer first, then me, Jennifer, Andrew and finally Killian himself.
Killian began with a slightly rude question: 'Have you had sex before?'
'What no!'
'Nope'
'Ew no'
'Nah man'
And Killian answered himself: 'Yes.'
But Andrew knew the trick and said: 'Haha yeah, with yourself!'
'Aww you got me... Anyways, Lily, your turn!'
Lily decided to ask the question everyone asks first: 'Do you like-like someone?'
I answered: 'Not at the moment.'
'Lots of sweet boys out there, but no.'
'Still waiting for the perfect girl' Andrew said.
'I like everyone! Even boys...' Killian said and did a scary face.
And Lily answered herself: 'Nope.'
'Alrighty, my turn.' I said.
I was thinking. I didn't want to ask a standard question like: What is your favorite food?' or 'what do you want to do as a job?'
I wanted to ask a unique question, so I said 'Hmmm' and 'Uhhh' alot of times.
But then I had the perfect question.
'What do you expect of this trip to Australia?'
Jennifer had to answer first: 'Ummm, I want to be with friends, and to be with friends on a vacation is awesome.'
Then Andrew: 'I want to have fun with friends, just like Jennifer said.'
And Killian: 'I just want to have...'
Andrew finished the sentence: 'Sex?'
And Killian answered: 'How did you know!'
'Because you're a predictable boy in your puberty.' Andrew said.
You could see Lily was uncomfortable with the presence of Killian now. She answered: 'Just fun with friends...'

We stopped playing truth or dare as it was really awkward with Killian around.
I played a few games on my Ipad and read my book, I looked at one of the TV's hanging from the ceiling and saw we were
flying for 8 hours already. It was becoming dark outside. I changed seats with Andrew just as I promised. Then everyone went to sleep. I was awake for a while and then went to sleep as well.
