But, you can't stop me from dating Riker. Mainly because..." "Renee, your my baby sister. Riker's got a rep in hurting the ones he loves. Just please don't date him. I don't want to see my baby sister hurt," Curt said while cutting me off. "Well you know what Curt? I'm not your baby sister. You want me to claim you as my older brother? Well start acting like one." "Renee, I have acted like an older..." and I cut Curt off saying, "Curt, no you haven't. Mom and Dad were fighting when you left. You promised to be a real older brother. Older brothers are supposed to protect and help there siblings. Yeah! I get you had to leave for your job but, you promised to come visit, to call, to video chat, to email, to text and to keep in touch and yet I none of us have heard from you since you left." I didn't realize it but I had started crying. I went to wipe away the tears but before I could, Curt bent down, wiped the tears, kissed my forehead and pulled me into a hug so I could cry into his chest. "I'm sorry I haven't been there all the time for you Renee and that I missed your graduation. I'm sorry I haven't kept in touch or anything. Will you please forgive me? I promise I'll try to be a better brother," Curt said as I was crying. "Curt, I forgive you and I know you will. I'm sorry I haven't been the best sister and for blowing up like that it's just there's alot of things going on now," I said. Curt looked like he wanted to say something but Riker came over and asked what was going on. I told him Curt and I know each other and were talking about old times. Curt said he was my older brother and said these exact words, "You break her heart, I know where you live and I will kill you." Riker just laughed but I said, "He's not kidding!" Other than that the rest of the day went pretty well.
